I love this little gem because it's not only a small business but the gentle was very helpful and not to mention the prices are very reasonable. This is a great fabric store. I'm not a fashion designer or can sew an actual well done dress. I dont even know the jargon used in a fabric store and a person that sews constantly. I can do basic stuff, but I have got to say THIS IS AN AWESOME store. I did come here for a reason to make a pageant gown. If you want to make a gown and looking for variety for fabrics, this is the place. Embellishments and brocades and more.... I like to do beading and sewing on sequins. This place is a GEM!! How did I not know this place is here? & so close to my moms house? Their prices are reasonable & have ALOT of fabric. So far I have gotten tulle, plastic band & sample material of some lace for table runners for my wedding in August. The owner is a sweet man. They didn't have enough yards for my lace so they said they will order more but when they order the new one it may be a slight different gray color so they suggested I wait to order the 12 yards with the new lace which will take about 2 weeks. After a week I thought I'd check & see if the lace is in & it's not. He suggested I come back in a week & believe me I will.... It's really pretty lace! Check them out if you need material! A nice little shop for brocades, and lots of bling. Imports from Japan, wovens, canvas and fleece. Pretty inexpnensive as fabrics go, and they have a wide selection of stuff you don't see eslewhere. A lot of satins for bridal and stretch lace for underclothes. Wholesale available. read more

Goodness gracious, I haven't seen so much gaudy sparkle and shine in one place since I looked in my own closet! They have brocades, embroidered fabrics, really cute trim and various shades of gold fabrics all for moderate prices. They don't carry many notions such as snaps, thread, needles etc so make sure to include another fabric shop in your crafty outing. read more

Tucked into the corner of Stockton Blvd and 47th Ave is this small, compacted, and AWESOME fabric store. I typically go to Joanne's for fabric but this place is my go to exception to find fabric at great prices. The staff here normally consists of just two people, one person manning the register and the other helping out the customers. Typically, they are fast at responding to you even with the cramped area they work with. There are several things to note: you can hardly walk around in this store because of all the fabric in such a small space. Fabric here is more of the Asian influenced style of fabric. Yards are eyeballed. They sell by half yards. Even with all that, I can say its a great place to grab your fabric. Definitely a place to grab fabric if you don't mind the location and compactness of the store. i love this place because i like to come here and purchase fabric and make my own clothes since i know how to sew and etc. the prices here for the fabric is cheaper than joan fabrics but are limited and if you see the fabric you like get more of it because once you go back they might be out of it. they also carry zippers and buttons and have alot of nuce nice cute buttons to choose from which is a plus. read more

Dear Lord, I visited your little corner of Fabulous Fabric Heaven, and it was good. Everything was beautiful and shockingly inexpensive. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the varieties and differences between fabrics. I got a bunch of wonderful stuff that was often around 2-3 bucks a yard. You won't find everything here - mundane fabrics aren't that prevalent, but that's what standard run of the mill fabric stores are for. read more

I stopped in here today to window shop, based on the previous recommendations of fellow Yelpers. Wow! I knew I was in for a good time when I saw the rainbow of bright fabric in the window. Fabric is mostly on rolls, mostly synthetic. Lots and lots of bright colors, sequins, metallics, embroidery, foil prints, chiffons and other sheers. They have tons of unique trims and some precut yardage. Prices were extremely reasonable. I'm being quite strict with myself in order to prevent fabric hoarding, and somehow managed to escape without buying anything. It was touch and go for a while, though. I will definitely visit again with specific projects in mind. read more

I come to Minh Phat Fabric whenever I feel like trying to find something different to make. It's a small shop in a shopping center located on the corner of Stockton Blvd and 47th Ave. The staff here is pretty helpful and they do have a large selection to choose from. The aisles are really cramped though and it does seem to get overwhelming at times just trying to choose something. Prices are pretty cheap compared to other fabric stores so can't really complain much about that. read more

Talk about high value! The fabric quality is great and it is really inexpensive. I bought a few yards of sequin fabric for a bargain at $2.50/yrd... the same exact fabric Joann's was selling for $7.95. I was amazed! Unfortunately, prices aren't posted, so you have to ask. On the other hand, it is a pleasant surprise to hear the shockingly low number that comes out of their mouths. The staff is great and is eager to help. "Uh... I'm looking for a green stretchy fabric?" and off I go, led around to all the different types of stretchy green fabrics. I ended up getting a few yards of a thick satin finish polyester with a touch of stretch from a 5 foot long bolt... at only 3.75/yrd. I cannot tell you what a great find this place is. On the downside: only a few buttons, no thread, no needles and minimal other knick-knack type of things. They do have some zippers. So, this is not your one-stop shopping place, hence the missing star. read more

They carry some of the most exquisite fabrics ranging from different textures and colors. Prices are pretty reasonable depending on the fabric anywhere from $3.99-17.99 a yard. Friendly service.
