I needed embroidery done for some chefs whites and another previous company messed up a few uniforms. I couldn't wait for that company to fix it, so I ordered a new uniform and had River City Embroidery do the job for me. They are easily reached through phone calls, texts, and emails. Within one conversation, they were able to give me a quote. Considering I only had one item to embroider and needed to expedite the job, I was ready to pay a lot, but the cost was more than forgiving. I needed my uniform to be embroidered within a week and they were able to get it done before that. I would totally recommend going here for your embroidery needs! I came into the store one day with 2 track jackets I needed embroidered for a Halloween costume set I was trying to get made for my little sister and her friend (If you've seen the movie you'll get the costume). First off the storefront is nice and concise, easy to see off Arden and allows you to get quick service. I walked in and was greeted by a nice person, I believe their name is Nina. I showed her the jackets I had and asked for a quick consultation. She broke prices down helped me size my font. The results speak for themselves on the pictures I included; I am more than happy with the results. Fair prices and good work done in a timely manner and email communication is prompt. 5 starts, 10/10, all good things to say. They actually do not do sewing or alterations, however, phenomenal pricing on embroidery!! I've been looking for a place like this and am glad to have found this gem! There are no set up fees! Great for gifts for dad: think customized golf or bowling towel for about $10. Wedding gifts: embroidered "Mr" and "Mrs" towels or pillow cases for..$10. Baby blanket customization..the possibilities are endless when you find a company with quick turn around. I brought my items in around 1 and received a call at 4:30 that they were ready. I'm going to a winter wedding at the end of the month, and my wedding gift to the new couple was to sew a quilt together using their favorite colors. To make my gift extra special, I wanted to get the couple's name and wedding date embroidered on it. (My sewing machine is not equipped to do embroidery.) I had done something similar for a previous wedding, though I did not like the place I had used prior: Mona Mia. Mona Mia was not only expensive, there were hidden costs which made the simple embroidery more costly and I had to wait like a week or two. This time I called around a few different places that did embroidery, and not only was River City more affordable, they were also super fast. I mean Super. Fast. As in, 2 HOURS after dropping off my blanket, they called me and let me know that they had already completed the project. I was blown away! The price was exactly what they had quoted me over the phone, and it looked even better than I had imagined. When I arrived at River City Embroidery, I was warmly greeted by Janet, the owner. It was a little noisy with the machines working in the background, but that is to be expected with multiple sewing machines running at once. I sat down with the owner in the side office and we discussed the project, picked a font, and picked out the exact color I wanted the lettering to be in. I am thrilled with the results and will take all my future embroidery business to them! read more

We are a local business that was hoping to establish an ongoing relationship with River City Embroidery. Unfortunately, we learned that they DO NOT accept credit cards! I am not sure how any business in today's world does not accept electronic forms of payment. Even if it is a "processing fee" issue, simply charge extra for credit card payments. Businesses like ours have no problem paying extra for the convenience of electronic payments. Also, when I mentioned this inconvenience, the owner didn't seem to care. Very unfortunate :( read more
