Amazing!!! We did the tour for 4 and had such a great time. Tanner was very informative and very generous with beer samples :p It was an awesome experience seeing behind the scenes. What an awesome time. It was a better than we expected Would 10/10 recommend!!!

Last summer the Minhas' siblings opened this micro brewery to focus on craft brews in Canada. There was some controversy at first because of a tax subsidy and they've had some setbacks getting going, but everything seems to be almsot fully up and running now. For $10 + tax, you can get a tour of the brewery. The tour begins in their tasing room, and extension of their restaurant, with a slide show about the basics of beer, the process, and some trivia. The slide show was good. They covered the basics and gave a few historical examples. If you've done a brewery tour before then this information may not be new to you. Beer is a pretty simple process afterall. Next, the giude takes you into the back where you go upstairs to the gift shop which overlooks the brewing area. After an explanation of what the various vats and equipment is you have a few minutes to browse through the gift shop and ask the tour guide any questions. Following this, you go back to the tasting room to sample the beers. During the tasting process you get about one pint total. The samples that were offered on my tour were Boxer Lager, Swiss Amber, Imperial Jack IPA, and Chocolate Bunny Chocolate Stout. At the very end of the tour the guide gives everyone a gift pack. The pack includes two bottles of Blumer's sodas, a bottle of Gluten Free Lazy Mutt beer, and the glass that you were using to sample the brews with, which they will rinse out for you. In general I find Minhas beers to be boring. Their flavours don't really wow me and fall flat. They seem very simple and don't provide me with anything unique. Boxer Lager is what it is and I probably wouldn't be able to taste the difference between it and any of the "big" lager brands. Swiss Amber was the best of the samples but still nothing really impressive for me. The Imperial Jack is the one that really let me down. I love IPA's and this one just didn't have the hoppy-ness that I like in a good IPA. Finally, the Chocolate Bunny was good, but it was a very mild stout. It didn't really stand on its own like I would expect and I just felt like I was muddling through the sample. Overall I'd give this place a 3-star rating for the beer but everything else was pretty great which bumps it up to 4-stars. Great job by our tour guide.

Beers were unoriginal and lacked freshness. Got two and def seems like they don't get enough volume to keep it fresh. Disappointing m.

Our tour guide aka Jonah Hill was hilarious even though some of his jokes were very bottom of the barrel and in poor taste.

I swear, the half of them are running around talking to themselves and each other just to keep themselves company as they seem so distant from their customers (at least with me and my wife). The bar tenders are seemingly depressed and screwed up mentally with this kind of that and other drama, yuck. They have a little piggy server named Gracie and I have actually seen her eating off of customers plates, both with the customer and after the customer no longer wants the food (Miss piggy finishes it all off) that's what we call Gracie, MISS PIGGY as that is a perfect description of that thang! YUCK! (that is if you are into seeing fat gals try and fit into the smallest outfits possible) the night service at this place sucks as of late and that is why me and all my friends do NOT go in there anymore!!! Do yourself a favor go in there during the afternoon where the staff are usually awesome and decent. Pizza is always great but.... Gracie the little piggy (staff) may try hosing ya down for a slice or two (no kidding). This place has gone down hill for night at least, no one cool in there anymore like there used to be!

Fiercely feeling the pizza cravings laying on my couch one night, I decided to browse SkipTheDishes…read morein search of a good classic pizza pie. I wasn't looking for thin-crust or Neapolitan style - those are always best eaten right out of that scorching oven they're made in - and I'm not much of a deep dish guy, so I just wanted a few slices of classic 'za while I glare at the tube. Before I knew it, my driver had arrived and brought with him a gift from Bow Tie - a beautiful and massive 14" meat pizza, half of which I later freezer bagged for the following week. The Meat Lovers came stacked with pepperoni, salami, ham and bacon, all on a thin layer of tomato sauce, and topped with a generous serving of melted mozzarella. To round out the deli meats, I added a few extra toppings - onions, mushrooms and green peppers; some of my favourites. The meats all tasted fresh as can be and it was evident that the veggies weren't soggy and old, but freshly cut, perhaps only hours before. As someone who doesn't enjoy eating plain crust, I made a mental note that the outsides of this pie were just as tasty as the insides. The crust had a softer crunch, something that only a quality dough will offer. The word "stacked" I mentioned earlier was no exaggeration - this pizza was massive and could have been mistaken for a deep dish at first glance. If you want real-deal - Seniore's and Vern's are the only joints in town that I believe have this place beat - do yourself a solid and get some delivery from Bow Tie Pizza. Just thinking about biting into one of those flavourful, meaty, warm slices of goodness is making me salivate all over again. It can be next to impossible fighting pizza cravings, amirite?

My son spent his gaming money to surprise us with pizza. He heard us talking about how good it was…read more We had it at a party and it was stacked with meat. It cost him $82 for two medium pizzas. One was pepperoni with the same amount of pepperoni you get at Costco. And the other was the mother of dragons which was delicious but at the same time it wasn't a stacked with meat as at the party. And no medium pizza is worth $40, unless it was truly stocked and it wasn't. We would've been much better to go to Boston Pizza or anywhere for that matter! Blaze pizza is amazing and it wouldn't have cost near that much money. I just feel like crying for my son who was just trying to do something nice for us. If you do order never ever ever order from Uber eats! Order from Paul's. That was stacked meat. I honestly could cry for my son. For him to waste that much money that he worked hard for. Edit the manager called me and is giving a large pizza to try again. Please do not ever order the pizza from Uber Eats because it's grossly overpriced. Also don't order the pepperoni because it's not the stacked meat the way that the other pizzas are. I do appreciate her calling though and making that right that is truly wonderful service.

This is an incredibly mixed bag. I'll start with the negatives so I can end with the good stuff…read more As someone else mentioned, the wings are on the smaller side, but 15 for around $14 isn't a bad deal these days and frankly I'd prefer more smaller than less bigger. Personal preference, but obviously not everyone will agree with that. The bigger issue is that they are breaded. The pictures on the website make it look like they are traditional chicken wings, they definitely aren't and there is quite a bit of breading on them. This matters for a few reasons. The first is unless you are talking boneless "wings" a traditional chicken wing is unbreaded. If you serve a dish that is prepared in a non-traditional manner you should probably footnote that. The next issue is caused by the first. When you have a breaded wing that is then spun the breading gets soggy and you essentially end up with a chicken sponge. When your restaurant only functions as a takeout/delivery location that sogginess gets compounded by the breading taking on moisture from the steam. Hot soggy mess. The good? Well the Extra Hot sauce is actually extra hot! Which is great! Most places their hot tastes like ketchup and their "extra hot" tastes like ketchup that was stored near a bottle of Franks Hot Sauce. The sauce was well flavored and a great heat level. Other thing, their blue cheese is just so-so, but their garlic dipping sauce is outstanding. It almost reminds me of the garlic sauce that schwarma places serve. The lady working there was also really nice.
