I have had to use these guys twice for two different fender benders. They did such a good job the first time, I knew I'd go back to them if I ever needed them again. My car is a special edition with a special paint and they matched it perfectly. She looks brand new. And the best surprise was when I picked her up they had detailed the inside AND the outside. What they didn't know was that I was planning on selling the car as soon as I picked it up because I needed the money. The detailing was sooo good that it sold in just a couple of days! And the car was FILTHY! I have two huge white dogs so there was hair and drool everywhere. They must have spent so much time making it look good. Mini city went above and beyond the call of great service in a difficult auto body repair situation. The insurance company should of totaled my vehicle but instead had the car repaired which took several visits from the adjuster which delayed the finishing of the job. Mini city loaned me a car once we went over tHe allotted rental car coverage from the insurance company. The manager Steve kept me up to speed on the repair and the job came out flawless. Easy-stress free Experince ! From day one I entered to get an estimate and share the damage with them about my car. I called many of the other stores in the area, and the store was the only one able to receive my car in a weeks notice. They were a courteous and very friendly receptionist shared good story with me & offered me a drink and a pick up to call enterprise to pick up my rental car on the day of the drop off. Everything is really good about this place, everything done very well; from their service to their professionally done work. The only feedback I have and could be based on them being busy so I'll give them the benefit of doubt, they don't communicate updates unless you called them orders orders near completion there were a few things and changes in the initial estimate which was double the estimate I wasn't aware until the day of the pick up. I also asked for a part from my car to be fixed that wasn't part of the damage and it was just something cosmetic from the past and they said they would fix it but then they weren't able to and they said they thought I didn't approve. But it in general it is important to highlight that their communication is very well and Taylor was amazing at responding either through text or through phone communication on any issue or any concern and welcome to come back for any issue and coming back and I was traveling so from my friend picked up my car. They were very few interior pieces that were not put back that it took on another quick visit to put back in place and a few scratches by the door that I'm very confident that were in there but they're very flexible I believe so. I have had the worst experience with this place. They recently had a change of management and the quality of work has severely deteriorated. I have had my car up there and they have "fixed" it 3 times. The A pillar of my car moves when you open my drivers side door (which is what it was sent there to repair as it was t-boned). The manager, Carson, assured me there was a lifetime warranty on the repairs. I noticed this issue immediately as my drivers door no longer shuts properly. When attempting to get them to fix it they continue to tell me that I am wrong and the door to my car is fine. When you look at it, it looks like someone broke into my car. The manager Carson has been nothing but rude and tells me that he didn't touch parts of my car, that are clearly written on the estimate as a remove/install. If this shop is not fully committing insurance fraud they are right on the line. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE WRONG AND WILL NOT FIX IT. I took my car to another body shop per my adjusters request and they totaled the car, something that this place should have done to begin with. read more

When my car was rear-ended in October the driver's insurance company recommended Mini City as a repair shop as they were one of their top body shops in the area. I had a brand new (brand new!) Honda and while the local dealership doesn't do body work they highly recommended this shop. The tow truck came and hauled my car away and informed me that even though it was after hours Mini City had a secured, after-hours drop off area, which was comforting. My baby (car) spent a good month here, waiting for parts, being disassembled, put back together and re-painted. The staff was always willing to give me an update on my car each week and kept me very well informed with the progress on the car and expected date of return. What was REALLY cool was Nationwide (the driver's insurance company) actually has a program where the body shop will take a picture of the progress and post it online and the fellas here were more than happy to keep me posted with pictures virtually. By the time they were done my car looked as good as new and you couldn't even tell it had been crumpled in the accident. Overall a good experience! read more

Someone backed up into my rear side passenger door and put a huge dent in it. I filed a claim through her insurance company the same day and they provided me with a list of auto body repair locations to obtain estimates at no cost to me. I chose Mini City Auto Body because of the raving reviews and the fact that they are affiliated with insurance companies. The insurance company forwarded my claim information to Mini City Auto Body and a representative from this repair shop called me bright and early Monday morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I went the same day! Brett assisted me and took photos of my vehicle and provided me with a print out estimate within 15 minutes. My door needed to be replaced, painted, and scratches had to be repaired so it came to approximately $2,459. Thankfully, I wasn't at fault and the woman's insurance company paid for everything (all repairs and rental car). In addition to my door and paint job looking spiffy, the customer service at this location is impeccable. They placed 1 phone call to Enterprise and I was picked up within minutes by Enterprise to go pick up my rental. Overall, following the initial estimate Brett had given me and the follow up calls I received from him to give me updates on my car, to the front desk clerk's superb customer service in person and by phone, their service was absolutely amazing. read more

Couldn't find a "Yelp" page for their Youngsville location. Took my Ram 1500 in for a repair from wife Jackknifing my trailer into my bed. They were very informative and when they did the repair, they also fixed a couple other dents on the same side without asking or charging more. Went well above and beyond my expectations. One thing that stick out more than anything was when I spoke with the receptionist on Thursday and when she hung up, she said to me "have a blessed day", shows true Christianity!Definitely recommend them for repairs and regret that I didn't get them to fix my wife's van back in April. The individual that hit me has Nationwide insurance, so I have to use one of their shops. I was not going through my insurance to have the repairs affect my insurance premiums. Nationwide insurance gave me a list of two repair shops close to my home. Based on the reviews of the two shops, I picked the lesser of two evils, Mini City Auto Body. I scheduled the estimate and I asked them to look at two other issues from the accident that was not part of the visual damage. I returned with my vehicle, received a rental from Nationwide. City Auto Body estimated the work should take around 3 days. Was greatly surprised when only after two days Mini City Auto Body called informing me the job was complete. I did ask if all the work was completed and I was assured all work was complete. I signed the paperwork received my vehicle and checked over the work. I discovered that the two issues that concerned me had not been addressed. I pointed out the missed work to the manager and of course he defended his employees. He missed the bigger point; now I have to take more of my time off from work so his employees can fix their mistake. If 5 extra minutes had been spent looking over the job, I would not have lost the time it took to drive to the shop, the repair time and then drive back to work. Their lack of detail cost me 3 hours of wages, it cost them 45 minutes out of their day that Nationwide is going to pay them. I will not use them even if my insurance may try to send me there. Customer recommendation: DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU GO OVER YOUR VEHICLE. Mine City Auto Body recommendation: Need to have a process where Management walks around the vehicle with the customer to ensure the work is complete to the customer satisfaction. You would think it would already be in place, not so. This is an industry that you may have to use a few times throughout your life. You want to be taken care of, treated respectfully, with fairness and not taken advantage of. Above all else you want customer service from start to finish. Mistakes do and will happen; it is how they are handled that ensures a company's survival. Now my wife lets me know the front door will not lock, not with the remote or manually. Do not use this business. They are dishonest. They charged us full price to install a new bumper on our car and all they did was paint it.
