They repaired the minor exterior damage on my car in about a week, and the entire experience was very straightforward. Since everything was handled through insurance, drop-off was simple, and I received a phone call as soon as my vehicle was ready for pickup. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and the owner was especially accommodating when answering my questions and addressing my requests. As a young woman handling the process on my own for the first time, I felt comfortable throughout the experience and never felt pressured or dismissed. My car was returned clean and looked great on the outside after the repairs. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the business hours. Their operating hours are the same as my work schedule, and they're closed on weekends, which made coordinating drop-off and pickup somewhat difficult. Every person I spoke with on the phone and in person was very helpful. The company was able to get me in fairly quickly, working with my an insurance company and car rental (Enterprise). The work completed on major repair completed in timely manner, considering parts delays, vehicle looked brand new. I came here when I had a sudden car issue during a long distance road trip. I was in raleigh but needed to get to Charleston that evening. I stopped here and explained what was going on. Apparently they were booked for weeks out and had no way to help me (consider changing your name then maybe?) Anyways, he could tell I was a bit panicked but I basically said I understood he couldn't help me. He ended up screaming at me for my attitude and getting really in my face for no real reason. I ended up finding another spot nearby that looked at my car right away, did a minor tweak that didn't even require payment and went above and beyond. read more

Horrible experience, not true to the word..... take your money and put a Band-Aid over the problem and blame you for later. I recommend no one goes to the shop after having an accident. Unless you want to go back three or four times before they actually fix your problem. Zero out of 10. I strongly don't recommend. read more

Had a terrible experience with horrible customer service. My grandmother went here to get a simple issue fixed on her car. Instead of fixing one issue they changed multiple things on the car, without permission. A $100-200 thing turned into a $1500 payment. When we tried explaining that we did not ask for that, they refused to give the car back without the full payment. Very displeased with my service here. read more

The ease in which I can write this review speaks to the service I received. The guidance that I was given in this place was crucial in making sure that my repairs were set up correctly and that everything was covered accordingly. They made sure my claims were completed, my repairs were done with quality parts, and I was able to get a rental immediately. We had the best experience with Auto Body 9-1-1. I've unfortunately had to work with another body shop for wreck last year which turned out to be a terrible experience, so I was just SO impressed with the quality in service and work from these guys! We were self pay, and they were so accommodating to our schedule. I called the week before to set up the appointment and they had no issues fitting us in during the timeframe we needed. They ended up finding more issues when they took the bumper off and didn't charge us for the additional work. They said it was a 4 day job, but we had requested our car back Monday only 3 working days from drop off, they called first thing Monday and said it would be ready after lunch. Everyone was so nice, and when I dropped the car off they confirmed all the parts had arrived. Great experience, not the kind of place you hope to have to go, but if I ever find myself in need I know who to call! read more
