From the first phone call to the delivery, the staff at Coats were exemplary. I damaged the front bumper cover on our car and made an appointment for an estimate. I arrived, checked in at the desk and was promptly greeted by the estimator. That afternoon we received the estimate and scheduled the repair. Cost was exactly as stated and to say we were pleased by the results is an understatement. Not only was the car ready for pickup by Thursday afternoon, after dropping it off on Tuesday, but it had been totally detailed, inside and out. You cannot go wrong with this great business. When you call their shop you will NOT get an answering machine - there will be someone at the other end to speak with you and guide you through the process of repairing you car. As the work on your car progresses, the person assigned to oversee your work will call you and explain any changes to your original estimate and request your approval. Had several issues with them, including the Geico Rep. at this location. Geico insurance is great, but this rep at this location was the pits. First she tried to not repair the damage that was caused by the collision, but the tech from Coats clearly saw it was part of the damage. I called Geico to report her. So where does Coats fit in with this? Well after I reported her and picked up my car, the tech disassembled the rod in my power windows whereas when i unlocked the doors all windows went down. The dealer had to take apart the entire inside of the door to repair. This was done deliberately because I complained to Geico about their rep not wanting to repair some damage that was clearly caused by the collision. and the door was not part of the repair. Being that this location houses the insurance company and the rental car company, the employees of Coats have a friendship with both and that is why they damaged my car. Nobody likes dealing with auto repairs, but my experience with Coats was as smooth as it gets. I actually received a cheaper quote from Haddock, but they couldn't get me in when I was wanting to so I went with Coats. I dropped off my car the day after Christmas and they were done with my car a few days later. I wasn't going through insurance so I called them to see how long they expected the repair to take so that I could rent a car. They told me they had a loaner car I could borrow for no cost as long as I returned it with a full tank. By the time I picked it up, I really only had it for about a day and then they called to tell me my car was fixed. Very quick! Upon picking up the loaner car, Tana gave me the number of a towing company along with her private cell number just in case something happened after hours. They did an excellent job on my car, too. When I picked it up, they said to report anything within a day or so. I didn't really notice it until later, but there was some residue on the steering wheel and around the door panels on the side that was repaired. It came off for the most part so I didn't report it but there was a small amount of something that looked like maybe dirt or almost oil (?) on the fabric part of the interior door that hasn't come off. No big deal, as my car was just inspected to return as a leased vehicle and they didn't note it on their inspection. Overall, I highly recommend Coats for any collision repairs. Customer service was excellent and they did a great job fixing the damage and blending the paint on my car. read more

I met with Ernie Grem who is one of the estimator, very nice guy, down to earth kinda guy he gave me reasonable, affordable estimate.
