Huge pet store in Lincoln City! My boyfriend's mom has a beach house up here that we stay in every summer and she brings her basset hound Winston and her beagle mix Bart up with her. This is her one stop pet shop for her fur babies. Mini Pet Mart is kind of like PetSmart and Petco, but way better and better stocked. I wasn't able to check in on Yelp because the cell service around this area isn't all that great. Fortunately, though, I do have pictures to prove that I was here! Of course we all love to spoil Winston and Bart, so we got them a ton of new toys and bones for them to play with. We got them some toys shaped liked potato chip bags and bones that had treats inside of them. And, for some reason, this pet store sells cigarettes? Winston and Bart, my boyfriend, his mom, and myself don't smoke so I'm not sure why they sell these. The dogs absolutely love their new toys and we'll definitely be back to buy even more toys for them! Additional parking is across the street if you're unable to find any in front of the store. read more

Must visit!!! I love you guys! Awesome customer service every time I come in. My kids are welcomed on leashes, of course. They even have a water dish for their 4 legged customers. Reasonably priced cigarettes. Name tag machine with a wide variety of choices. Plenty more for me to experience in my many more visits to come! Terrible customer service. I moved to LC recently and set up an ongoing order for 6 boxes per month (picking up two per week) of very costly raw frozen dog food from this store. They ordered 6 boxes at one time which I came in and picked up each week. Today when I picked up my last box the price had gone up by $10. I asked for the manager who was aware of my ongoing order because I couldn't understand the sudden price hike on a box of food that was part of an order placed in August sitting in the back freezer until I picked it up. The manager came out with an updated price sheet showing all the food I was ordering had raised in price by $10-15$ per box, per corporate level distributor price hikes. Considering this food is available elsewhere for less money and that the manager was aware of my ongoing large order and didn't bother to call me or message me to inform me of this price increase as she went forward continuing ordering this food for me. I have canceled my whole ongoing order, have taken my business elsewhere do not recommend this store. read more

Last Saturday, our Family was walking down the sidewalk on Hwy 101 in front of Mini Pet Mart and saw a small display for a Petition drive. We stopped to see what the petition drive was about and was asking questions from the signature gatherer. Just then, the Manager from Mini Pet Mart came out with a huge attitude and told this lady that already asked permission to move. Her table as maybe 6 inches into the grass that was maybe on their property. Maybe she was in the wrong, but he had a huge condescending, threatening attitude with a chip on his shoulder. Total overkill that should have been handled gracefully, poor lady was frightened. We were alarmed at the policy of this store and will not go back, though we were regular customers. read more

This is a big, well-stocked pet market -- with a really wide variety of brands of dog food. (I didn't even look at other pet products, as we only have a dog....) -- They have the Blue Buffalo brand, which our little pup really likes -- the small breed kibble is small enough for his little mouth and he loves it! They've also had every thing I was looking for, including the hip/joint formula soft chews, which can sometimes be difficult to find. We also found him a comfy harness to attach his leash to -- rather than attaching it to his collar, which just looks really uncomfortable. He seems to appreciate the new arrangement. People working the front were really helpful finding what I needed -- which is always appreciated. They have a little "frequent flyer card" so if you're local to one of their stores, you can rack up discounts after a while. And that's really the only reason for the missing star from this review -- they seem to charge full MSRP for everything they sell. I'd much rather do without the cute little card, and get a good price on some of these expensive dog foods and treats. The high price is enough difference to send me to Amazon for most of his stuff. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered this shop! I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I found a shop with an amazing selection of dog toys and supplies. I visited this shop at least 3 times for various puppy supplies on a recent trip to the coast. Although I didn't need food this trip, this store also appears to have a good selection of dog food, but I can't comment on the quality of the brands they carry. The customer service is also excellent. One young man in particular was extremely helpful during two visits and happily pulled down several crates from the shelves for me to examine. He even brought one crate to my car before purchasing just to be sure it would fit. You won't get that from Petsmart! read more

REALLY awesome pet supply store! Huge assortment of everything. Stuff for dogs, cats, fish, ferrets, gerbils, birds.. tons of food brands for north cats and dogs. Super helpful employees. All sorts of neat cat trees made by a local gentleman who uses real wood/driftwood. Very sturdy for heavier cats. I have two Norwegian Forrest cats (i.e. Huge cats) so I bought two! read more

Lincoln City Store. The Lady who took my money at 1:30 pm on 5/12/20 was not wearing a mask. Ask her why. She said she worked 8 hours a day and it was to hot and she wasn't worried about catching COVID-19. They also were not doing social distancing. Several people were on top of each other at the Fish Tank. Shame on them. She is extremely lucky she is working in Lincoln City, OR where we have only have had 6 cases and non of those have been people from Lincoln City. Governor Brown of Oregon did not make it mandatory to wear masks for people that go in stores but she did say it was only common sense in the wake of the COVID-19 virus to wear a mask out of consideration to others. Some of the clerks were wearing masks and some were not. SO I WILL NOT BE GOING IN MINI PET MART WHERE THEIR STAFF HAS NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEMSELVES AND ESPECIALLY NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Mona Martin read more
