Came here for the first time this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. All of the cute phone cases and trinkets they well are super affordable and they have a pretty good selection. I found out about Miniso on tiktok so I went a little crazy especially with all of the cute marvel products. I think I found my new favorite store. My only compliant was they advertised with every fifteen dollars that you spent, you could pick something off their special wall as a free gift but the wall was empty when I went in. Also, just so you're aware- the bag cost .10 cents. No big deal especially since I bought so many things and couldn't carry it all :). I'll definitely be back! read more

As soon as I entered, saw a Tom and Jerry hat with price tags on shelf then saw the Keychain of Tom and Jerry with price tag too. We look around and got some stuff and upon check out, we been told they can't sell any of Tom and Jerry items and we can come back next day. This was for sure the most disappointing and ruin my mode. read more

This is a pretty dope store, which I consider the alternate to Daiso. Lots of cool gadgets and knicknacks for the whole family. Although this store was heavy in Mavel gear for some reason. If an employee reads this, the music was so loud I couldn't hear a word from the cashier on my visit. I mean, it didn't affect my shopping experience because I work on aircrafts all day and i'm pretty sure i'm deaf, but for someone that has good hearing, i'm sure it was a bit much. I'm so happy they opened a Miniso here in Vegas! I went to the one in Hollywood a while back and loved all the stuff that they carried there. This shop is a bit smaller than the one in California but nevertheless, it was fun to look around! I came specifically for the We Bare Bears stuff but they have a cute selection of stationery, tech, home, snacks, etc! And they are all at a really decent price as well. This location was very organized, clean and well stocked. The reason why I'm giving it two stars is because I was there this past Tuesday morning around 11 AM. The music that was playing in the store was quite offensive. It had cuss words and other suggestive words. I had my two children with me at the time. There were also other children in the store as well. I'm not sure if management knows that the workers are playing their own music during this time, or if this is normal for this store. We have been to many Minisos in California and Japan and this is never happened. I think management needs to monitor it. It is not appropriate words nor should be played in a store where young children shop at. read more

0 stars for this place. Second time coming to this miniso and the customer service is horrible. A cashier asked me for my phone number to look me up for points. After telling her my phone number conuntless times she always got it wrong. I even asked her if she wanted me to write it down because she couldn't hear and she says no. Wasted 20 minutes of my time. To make it even worse her coworker next to her was just laughing like it was some kind of joke. I've never experienced such bad customer service ever in my life. Please train these people to be more professional. read more

The music is too loud. Twice my friend has had a panic attack here because there are too many people, it's under staffed, they don't limit the number of guests, and the music is to loud. Maybe 10 guests should be in this store at a time. I know the staff is all young people. But the company policy should be that the staff encourage social distance and comment when people are not standing 6 feet apart like other stores. Somethings there is club music, and hard rap blasting. It's overwhelming. Otherwise I love the products, and I love the prices. read more

In China, Miniso is a great store with all kinds of Miniso branded items at reasonable prices. Over here it sells Marvel branded dollar store junk at inflated prices. The store itself is clean and cute and has decent products that are a tiny bit overpriced for the quality. Although I only went inside because Sanrio products were advertised. You could just go to another store with better prices for better quality. However the aspect that made the experience horrible and the reason I give it a 1 star is the dingy red headed employee with fucked up teeth and a fat moon face. Me and my friend were shopping for a gift and was treated with disrespect and told to hurry up due to the line but she had just finished scanning everything. Her attitude was condescending and completely nasty, and she looked miserable to be there. My advice would be to get a new job if you're going to treat customers so horribly. Everything was going fine until I got rung up by her and was met with petty remarks and felt judged for what I was buying. If you want similar products for a better price and with much better customer service, I would recommend Kuma Co. it's nearby and upstairs and I will not be shopping with miniso. I was looking forward to this miniso opening for a while now since I've been a big fan of this store in LA. Unfortunately it's nowhere near like the ones in LA. Items are all overpriced, store is poorly managed and most of the items are nothing special and just cheaply made. They are also the only store probably in all of LV that still asks customers to wear a mask (which is ok) the problem is that they can't even be bothered to put a sign up that lets customers know before they enter. Once you are half way in the store looking at the items they ask you to have a mask or leave. It would be nice if they offered masks, considering that they get them super cheap with their distributors and that you're paying for overpriced items (just a suggestion ). I wouldn't be surprised if they close this location. They have to bring best selling items from LA to even be worth it to go back. Hope they make some changes. read more

5 employees, 1register open and a looooong line. Plus "free" gifts for every $15 spent that disrupt the checkout process because everyone has to go decide what they want instead of checking out. After 10 minutes I just left my items. Been coming since the store opened in Vegas. Won't be back. Will stick with stores that prioritize making sales. read more

I was so excited that a Miniso was finally opening in Las Vegas. I filled up my basket with all the cute and affordable stationary, plushies, and more. Miniso has a great selection of items from kitchen, stationary, plushies, accessories and more for a really affordable price. However, I want to mention that the manager at this store is very rude. I was in line to check out and my basket was sitting on the counter. The blonde manager was putting stuff away next to me and bumped my basket and knocked all of the items on the floor. She looked down and didn't even acknowledge or apologize for it. Instead the lady behind me was the one who helped me pick up my items. Extremely unprofessional and I think they should find someone else to run this store. read more

Was hoping to find a Daiso but Vegas doesn't have one. This is about as close as one can get probably. This store is great, inexpensive (mostly), decent selection, very clean but it just doesn't have the selection that a daiso will have. I also don't think their prices are clearly marked. read more

For their first Vegas store it's not bad. They have a huge Marvel section; anything from phone cases to plushies and backpacks. They have a little bit of everything: kitchen, bathroom, storage, stationary, pet, toys etc. I would give it a full 5 star but I found it a bit smaller than its sister store Daiso in CA, and a smaller selection and overall variety in stuff. They don't have the same items as they do in Daiso, but the quality of the stuff is different, though not by much. It's super cute tho! The white/ minimalistic aesthetic is so nice! Hopefully as the years go by they can expand in size and variety! Very cute store read more

i usually love this store. they had a sign saying closed at 7pm, we all walked in a little before 7pm. the manager i'm assuming kicked us out and was extremely rude about it. "we're closed" and showed us our way out with his hands, didn't even seem apologetic or even try to be nice about it. if you guys are closed, lock the doors. at all of the other places i've worked or have been in, we would never kick people out as long as they were already inside, no matter if we were closed, if the doors aren't locked, let them stay inside and lock the doors behind them. it's extremely unprofessional, especially since we got inside before closing time. read more
