This location is awesome! I've been to many locations, but to me this one takes the cake! Maybe I haven't been to enough Miniso locations but I enjoyed shopping here. They did my boy Stitch good because he practically had his own section and I wished I would've bought all Stitch's merch that was available. I love how they had multiple rooms compared to our single long room back at home. I almost felt like I was at a World of Disney store. I would definitely visit again if we're ever in the area. read more

Best Miniso I've ever been to! It's huge and they have something for everyone. I didn't know Miniso could carry such a nice variety of items. Lots of Disney (yay Zootopia!), Sanrio, Harry Potter, Pokemon, makeup, hair, accessories, and cute home knickknacks. Prices are quite good. read more

Not entirely sure when it opened, but it's very new. The interior is spacious and comfortable, and the products are arranged more neatly and completely than in other Miniso stores. Although it seems that some restocking is still in progress since it's a newly opened branch, it's a very pleasant place to visit for Miniso fans. This Miniso is quite large especially given it's in downtown Palo Alto. I have a lot of fun browsing here. There are a lot of trinkets, toys, and generally useless stuff but it's fun to look at and I do buy some stuff occasionally like blind boxes, storage organizers, etc. Their stuff is cheap but some of the stuff is definitely on the higher end like $10+ for some blind boxes etc. It's no Daiso! I am impressed by the amount of licensed merchandise they have here like Frieren, One Piece, Hello Kitty etc. read more

Great store, fun snacks! Been here several times and the shelves have always been stuffed. This time not so much. Not as packed as it used to be. I'm guessing it's due to tariffs unfortunately, also they can only take cash now, no cards etc. Hope the business is ok and here for a long time to come. read more

Affordable, adorable and dangerously addictive, Miniso is sort of like the Chinese version of Daiso with a sprinkle of extra cuteness. The Palo Alto store is predominantly focused on cute plushies, toys and mystery boxes from your favorite IP. The place is large and stuffed to the brim. It's clean but it's only just opened so hopefully it stays that way. The staff is friendly and cheerful. It's on University so parking can get tricky during peak times. Overall, if you are looking for cute plushies, this may be the store for you read more

This Miniso location is so big! So much space and more merch in this store than their others! I wasn't going to go in because i went to another location the day before but I'M SO GLAD i went in. delighted to find they had more choices than other stores. This was genuinely the largest Miniso I have ever been to. I was in awe at the endless rows of blind boxes, (empty) rows of Japanese and Korean beauty products, and asian snacks. While the store itself looks and functions well, many of the sample products are totally ruined, empty, or unusable, which is a bummer. A lot of beauty products are unavailable and some areas are blocked with boxes, which employees were hard at work setting up. I think there's still a lot of work to be done for this Miniso to be fully set up, but I love the size and amount of product this one carries. There's a decent-sized sale section which is great as well. read more

Cute store! This Miniso is actually the biggest store that I've been to. They carry a variety of things! It's my first time seeing a store that has Canmake makeup and a variety of other Japanese makeup! Even dasique and other Korean skincare brand. The store is very extensive. We also purchase some cute hello kitty car freshener. It's located in downtown Palo Alto and they recently had their grand opening last week! read more

From stuffies to blind boxes, various imported chips and snacks, Pocky, and even Pocari Sweat! They also have better iPhone cases, lanyards, and charms than the nearby phone shops. This is the biggest miniso I've been to! They have such an assortment of products for makeup to skin care to plushy's to have anything you can think of. They also have a lot of character Collabs so if that's something you're interested in this is the place to be. Everything is very affordable and very useful. They offer products that you don't even think you need but until you see it then you realize who I need this. Highly recommend this place to check out if you're in the area. Service is a little slow. We waited in line for a really long time where people in front of us eventually left the line because the people at the registers took too long. But overall, the selection is amazing. I highly recommend it hence the four stars! read more

One of the largest Miniso I've been to. Thea have variety of collection including a whole 2 rooms for makeup!!!! Yes. You heard that right. I was able to find the bouncy thick sponge blender with the help of their staff and they are very friendly. Got 2 of these for $9.99 which come with a case. What a steal! read more

miniso just opened up recently in downtown Palo Alto and they have so much cute things! Blindboxes galore and plushie heaven, with a huge canmake/ Japanese beauty/skincare section. Probably the neatest and most spacious miniso I've ever been to! There's more space to walk around aisles. They have whole sections for Sanrio, Disney, Smoko tayto, anime stuff from Naruto, One Piece, Demon Slayer, Jujustsu Kaisen, Pochita from Chainsaw Man. The cashier was super nice and friendly and she helped me with using the current coupon for blindbox promotion. There's alot of cute blindboxes I haven't seen before like the anime ones and Disney ones!! if you shop here often definitely worth to make a free account to stack up points and get discounts when you reach certain points. I've been looking forward to this place! It's got really cute stuff and many variety of goods including Harry Potter, hello kitty, makeup, nail polish, notebooks, plushies, skincare, makeup, etc. But, I can't stay for longer than 5 minutes because the space is so uncomfortable: 1. they don't have any ventilation - the air is stale and heavy; and instead 2. they have an excess number of bright lights and the space feels so overwhelmingly bright it's like a vape shop, and of course, as a result 3. it feels extremely warm inside and suffocating If you don't have any issue with these, then go for it! I haven't had any issues at other locations. Please do better :/ read more

I happened to stumble upon the Downtown Palo Alto Miniso location during its grand opening, and it exceeded my expectations! The store itself is HUGE & well-stocked, the fun mascots in the front of the store were so inviting & lively, and the customer service was top-tier, especially from Erik! Erik was extremely personable & went above and beyond during the checkout process -- he even gave us free "grand opening" stickers for the road! I will have to stop by again when I'm in the area and bring my friends & family over to this wonderful store! :) read more

Wow unbelievable of how terrible we got treated by the manager. We showed him the price of 2 kids toys. It was marked as $3.99 for each toy but when he scanned the products during checkout, it rang as 14.99. We told him about the price that was marked which he then physically went to check. He saw the 3.99 price tag and he went ahead and ripped up the sign. He did not honor the price rather told us he can't change the system of the price is $14.99. This is not professional and not ethical to acknowledge the price and not honor it. Please be careful everyone. read more

Cute store with a ton of variety. We needed a toy for a birthday party and were in and out in 5 minutes. FYI they 'don't do' gift receipts.

A few things I noticed about this place is it is bigger than the ones I've been to in Santa Clara County. Second, the female cashier with glasses who apparently was training her coworkers to say thank you to customers but yet still needs training herself. There was only one customer paying while there were cashiers standing around not saying anything. The cashier with glasses who apparently was telling her coworkers what to do couldn't be bothered to say, "I can help you." Instead she just stared at me like I should know she was open. I had to go to her and ask her if she was open. She also didn't bother to ask if I needed a bag or inform me that there were only large size bags and would have at least offered it to me. I only knew after I paid and then again gave me this look like I should have known. So, since shes up at the front and apparently training her coworkers she should use one of the many mirrors in the store and question whether she should be fit telling her coworkers what they should do since she still need some training on customer service. She could also be assigned to pick things up on the ground that was a safety hazard so she doesn't get bothered. read more
