When I tried to ask about specific types of flowers for the arrangement, she had no idea what they actually carried and couldn't answer even basic questions. It felt like you're expected to already be a botanist or horticulturist just to shop there. Instead of helping or offering thoughtful recommendations, the only thing she seemed interested in was showing me arrangements on a tablet at the far end of a counter blocked by potted plants. The she immediately began trying to figure out how much money I was willing to spend. This was my first and only visit, and it will be my last. I would not recommend Infiniti Flower Design to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

My wife told me they were the most beautiful arrangement she has every received. It's three days later, and the flowers are all still alive. He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

Recalled store at noon Monday, 30 minute hold, advised I'd be by today to pick it up. Was told stop by in 3 hours. I did, the order was remade fresh and delicious. Changing review from 1 star for that reason alone. Will there be a refund for delivery, tip and inconvenience? An apology? Look - mine is not the only review where they take your money and don't deliver product. If I were to ever order again, pickup ONLY.

I tried for several days to get ahold of someone at the store to get a refund but I would be placed on hold by an automated system and eventually disconnected. Beyond frustrating! I was finally able to get in touch with someone 3 days after the failed delivery/order and I was assured that I would get a refund. It is now 3+ weeks later and nothing. I finally made a claim through my bank. I don't expect much these days as far as customer service but I must say - the people working at the store all have horrible attitudes and this company should really close its doors. DO NOT order from this terrible company/store.
