This is problematic for me & is also the reason I stopped shopping at Staples & won't even shop online at staples. UPDATE: If you place an order online & you go into the store to pick it up. NO ONE HAS TO CONFIRM WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU'RE PICKING UP. it's a free for all but Office Depot does hope its customers are more honest than to commit theft in this way. The pick up is right next to the door. There is no oversight. This will be the last time I ever place an order for pick up from this store. I'm not interested in having my goods stolen. It's simply too easy to steal.

If thry are out of what you need they will look up which location has it and call and confirm for you.. They used to even sell computers back in the day. Customer service is always great. Tonight was for some school supplies and coffee. My husband wanted to try Peet's Darkroast. It was $5 less being on sale than low cost Surpermarkets in the area so it was a perfect time.
