I LOVE THIS STORE!!! I can't say it enough!! It's quiet, it's open and airy, and the deals are amazing!!!! They have a little bit of everything there. They have enough to cater to many different genres of shows and movies and I even saw some sport bags in there as well! They had wallets to match most bags too which was really nice. They just got a gigantic Buzz Lightyear! This was our first time here and I didn't know what to expect. I heard that the one in LA has technology to create your own Funko Pop. Alas, this one does not. HOWEVER! They do have Funkos and Loungefly at waaaay cheaper than regular retail. I'm talking 40-50% off. They have lots of parking out front and the store is huge. The staff was helpful when I asked questions. It's clean and organized. Funko & LF were categorized either by genre or character and they had a wall of bags. I wish they had my Raiders bag, but will be sure to stop by to check for it every time I drive in to visit family. read more

Stopped in yesterday for the first time. The store is a hidden gem attached to the warehouse. They have limited hours Thursday to Sunday only and a limited selection, but the store is spotless and full of great options that rotate regularly. (You never know what you will find.) Everything they had was priced at half off the normal price. They had funkos and loungefly items. My girls each found a fun loungefly mini backpack that was half the normal price at just $45. They are a completely cashless store, but that is fine by me. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area. read more

This store has defiantly gone through some growing pains and a few months ago it was very turbulent. However, I am very happen to report they are all doing a great job. They have a great routine for the mad rush of people on Thursday morning and this is greatly appreciate. The new manager has been great and I think she found her rhythm. Her customer service has been awesome and she is doing her very best to help in any way she can, this is so truly appreciated. Even with some pricing issues lately she has worked hard to pin down why and is working to get it corrected. It takes a lot of work to run a store like this and it was very rough in the beginning. I give credit where credit is due and she defiantly needs a pat on the back and a huge thank you for all this hard work and how hard she is continuing to work. Thank you Andrea Huge thank you to everyone else as well. They are kind, helpful, and always great you with a smile. They do the best they possibly can and some days that's not easy. Thank you to those who work behind the scenes that we never see. Side note regarding security, they really need to be more active around the store in the big rush Thursday mornings. They are doing great getting the people through the line safely, efficiently, and fairly. This is beyond appreciated. However, it's the after math when many people who make large purchases are going through all their shopping bags and arranging it all. There are some customers that seriously stalk those people and even get right in their personal space and look through their bags. They also push and push to take bags they want from those bags that they arrived too late to get. These people that are there every week, some drive over an hour at 5am to be there in the front of the line for the best selection of Loungefly, they also spend a lot of money, are being so patient and trying very hard to keep the peace in the store but those that are trying to take bags from the big buyers bag's is getting bad. It's stressful and I can see something happening. I know the security staff are not employed by Funko but it would be great if somehow they could get more involved in keeping stalkers away from these people who just want to go though their shopping bags and head to checkout. The manager at this Funko store must think she's auditioning for 'World's Rudest Retail Employee,' because wow... she's got it down to an art form. Ask her a question and you'll get an eye-roll so hard I'm surprised she hasn't sprained something. Need help? Forget it -- apparently, customer service isn't in her job description. Honestly, I didn't know shopping for toys required surviving a boss battle with the manager's attitude. If she hates people this much, maybe she should try a career where she doesn't have to interact with the public... like guarding a bridge as a troll. This store could be fun, but as long as she's running the show, it's about as enjoyable as stepping on a Lego barefoot. Do yourself a favor and order online. read more

I'm so glad I looked on Facebook and saw this store exists. I took my daughter in and we found so many pops we had been searching for and all were half off! the staff are so wonderful, they were attentive and made it such a fun experience for my little one and I. The management is above and beyond awrsome! Jay made my daughter's day by finding her the last hello kitty pop in the back! I'll be back just for how welcoming the entire staff was and to totally save a buck haha. read more
