They don't return any tools, even though they are sealed in the original packaging. They will however return anything like connectors, as long as they are in the original packaging. Because I didn't have my friends credit card they wouldn't return it though. They wanted to make me get my friend to come all the way back just to return this. When I spoke to the manager he said it's to stop people from returning things that companies bought, and they don't have the receipt. Obviously didn't make sense as I did have the receipt. I explained that his return policy was against the law, and not the same as what is iin writing and that I would contact the Ministry of Consumer Affairs-the only real group that has the power to help. He said to go ahead. While I was arguing with the manager about this one employee grabbed my arm, and I told him not to ever touch me again. The manager said he never touched me. I will admit it got a little heated towards the end when they would not refund my money, until that point I was civil, but when they seemed to make up their own rules I got angry. As I told these idiots, my company spends about $1000 per month at Sayal, mainly in Mississauga. Given I have the authority to decide where to buy, they just lost my business. All over an $83 bill. They said that since I didn't record the accident they couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately their lower quality can't take normal usage. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
