I have been going to Trisha for my skincare needs since 2009 and I look forward to every visit. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but she is also very relaxing and caring. She has an amazing touch and if you haven't had a hot essential oil scalp massage from her you are missing out. I may need to eat better and hop on the elliptical more than I do but I must say that I always get compliments on my skin. I had been considering getting a facial for several months but never went through with booking anything because my skin had gone through a bout of terrible cystic acne so I was nervous about doing any treatment too rough on my skin. When I came across Mint and Thyme and read reviews, I knew immediately that if there was anywhere I was going to go for a facial, this was it. And I couldn't be happier with my choice. I scheduled a 60 minutes MT Signature Facial with Trisha and it was 60 minutes of absolute bliss and ultimate relaxation. I may have even dozed off for a couple minutes at one point. Trisha was extremely thorough with her consultation before the facial started and her technique felt amazing. Every product she used smelled absolutely delicious and my face still feels like silk the next morning. I've had back problems from sports injuries for the past few years. I was definitely excited to check out this place for a treatment. Like most people I'm crazy busy and I also travel for work so it's hard enough to cut out time to get a haircut, let alone an optional facial treatment. I was ready to carve out time and was told I needed to see a doctor for a consultation first which makes tons of sense. I asked if there was any time that day or on the weekend where would could knock out the consultation and treatment in one sitting and was told that's not an option and that we could only do this a week out. Regardless of the date I chose they says the physician had to see me a week before my booking. Why a week? Not a day, not an hour, but a week. It seems like if this would prohibit a potential customer from booking. Can't say this place is terrible since I haven't been, the pictures I've seen look cute. Just disappointed there's not something more flexible or convenient. read more
