I've been searching for years for a night guard that was stiff enough to prevent my teeth from shifting. Dr Grace Cholakian is a FRAUD. She's also racist and made racist comments against black people and anti semitic comments in front of us. She is making up dates of service and making up procedures!! I checked my records today with my health insurance company and Dr Grace Cholakian is a FRAUD making up DATES of SERVICE and procedures- she claims I got root canal work and other things and on dates I wasn't even in the country! She is being reported and will be out of business soon. Stay away from her she's a pathological liar and unprofessional and should be banned from ever practicing dentistry again! Another friend saw her recently and this dentist said to her your insurance is so bad it's only going to pay me $25 for a cleaning but if you give me $200, I'll do a better job... My friend politely declined and then she didn't even give her a cleaning... The dentist was condescending and completely inappropriate and unprofessional. There are so many negative reviews of her and her fraudulent practices and her incompetency in basic dentist procedures, such as cleanings, etc.... Avoid at all costs. I would literally never go to another dentist in my life after visiting Grace @ Mint. First of all, the calming atmosphere is what I needed after having some inexperienced and bad work done in the past at another dentist. The warm family environment makes you feel like you're at home and automatically you're put at ease. The staff is kind, warm, extremely patient/loving and has a good sense of humor. The best part of my Mint experience was that Grace fixed my bad dental work with patience and *grace* and she hooked me up where insurance fell short. She took a major discount just to put me first and I've never experienced that at a dentist before. This is a real family dentist where you as a customer are also family. Grace also did an unbelievable job on my filling and my cleaning. She knew exactly what I needed and I honestly never felt better after months of pain. I truly couldn't have asked for a better dentist and feel lucky to have found Mint. They've consistently done amazing work now and I will never go to any other dentist again because at mint you're in good hands and you are home. Grace is quite possibly the most accommodating, supportive, and top tier dentist I've ever come across. She is well versed in her craft and treats every patient like family. I've referred people to her for emergency situations and she can fit them in the next day. She is THE BEST. Not sure why she doesn't have bad reviews but I broke my front tooth crown. Came to her to fix it and she tried to jam my tooth back up without explaining to me what she was going to do. Looking for a dentist in my area was trying, given the abundance of options and few reliable reviews. Fortunately, Dr. Cholakian received great reviews across the board and today I'm here to add to that. She has, since the beginning, made the process comfortable and easy. Reassuring me with alternative options and working to find me what is most cost effective and viable, Dr. Cholakian has put me back on a healthy regimen of visiting my dentist regularly, caring for my teeth properly, and not growing nervous every time my next appointment comes around... because I know I'm being taken care of. DR GRACE CHOLAKIAN IS THE BEST! I found Dr. Cholakian to be an amazing dentist, and I loved that she didn't immediately push for the most invasive (and expensive) procedure for every problem. Her waiting room wasn't crammed with patients so it's clear she's carefully spacing everyone out and adhering to good protocols and best practices during the pandemic. Her office is new and state of the art; everywhere I looked was immaculate. She took me on time, and I had a gentle but thorough cleaning last week. I had a terrible experience many years ago with another dentist so I'm always very anxious before an appointment and was dreading the Novocaine shot before my filling.
