I found the best dentist for my girls 13 & 7. My youngest loves the clean, modern, and sleek facility. Everything is state of the art. It's no longer a nightmare to get her to go to the dentist. She was relaxed and did not cry once. She found Dr. Choi to be extremely patient and funny. While, my oldest, needed braces everyone was extremely friendly and patiently walked me through the entire process. My anxiety level went from a 10 to a 1. I could not believe how professional and efficient they were. My daughter who was terrified of getting braces absolutely loved how gentle they were with her and provided her with careful step by step instructions on how to care her braces. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. We absolutely love this dentist and my kids have asked me to please make sure that this office remains their dentist until they become adults. 10 STARS for Dr. Lee and his team at Jericho Smiles! I presented to Dr. Lee with an "under bite". This problem caused my smile to shift, tooth recession and sensitivity secondary to clashing of the upper and lower teeth. I was told that I would need to have jaw surgery by multiple orthodontists in order to correct this problem or prevent this from worsening. Surgery meant 6+ months of facial swelling, weeks of drinking liquid meals, post surgical pain. Dr. Lee said surgery was not the only way and this problem could be fixed with braces. Everyone in the office is very nice from the front desk to the dentists. The office is very clean and organized. there are a lot of areas to sit when waiting for the dentist. When I told them that I needed to change the color of my rubber band for my graduation, they didn't complain or tell me no. They put on a different color and understood why I wanted to change it. Dr. Choi is amazing with my kids! Liam had an emg with a baby tooth he had a cavity and we made an appt to get it filled but it was hurting him and have gotten bigger before this appt so I called them and not only did they accommodated us to come in sooner but he did the filling on the same day as well. Dr. Choi was quick and efficient and thorough Liam didn't feel any pain and was done in 10 mins. Pls bring your kids to dr. Choi he's the best! This this the place!!! read more
