Hands down, best dentist, staff, and office in history of dental offices. I mean. It's not even close. From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a treat and an experience unlike any you've ever had. Especially, from a dentist visit. Dr. Han is a perfectionist when it comes to teeth and dental care. I think she cares more about my teeth than I do, at least that's the feeling she invokes. If you want a dentist who makes you feel this way, you'd be hard pressed to do better than Dr. Han. Dr. Han not only imparts emotion, she hits you with infallible knowledge and wisdom. Sometimes I feel like I'm in dental school because she is also a professor of dentistry as the acclaimed USC School of Dentistry. For the record, I'm a UCLA Bruin, and I detest everything SC with the one exception being their dental program (I'm pretty sure Dr. Han influenced that change). Another example, of her expertise and smarts when it comes to teeth is showing me the long term effects of my teeth grinding. She illustrated the bleak outlook of my teeth and oral wellness should I continue to grind my teeth. So now, I have a mouth guard. I mean, dental health and hygiene is something I think we all take for granted. Dr. Han does a great job of raising awareness and educating you on the importance of teeth care. She is now (and has been for some time) my dentist for life. But, as supreme as Dr. Han is, the magic doesn't happen without the assistance of her superb staff. Dental assistant Jasmine is like Robin to Dr. Han's Batman. Jasmine's professionalism and work ethic make her priceless to the Mint Dental Loft team; however, that's not even the best aspect of her. Never have I ever walked into the office and not seen her with a smile and warm infectious attitude that seems to transfer over to me. It's like, I see her and know everything is going to be alright. Jasmine is literally the unsung hero of MDL and the boss in the back! Last, and most certainly not least, there is Tanya. Tanya is the office manager and logistics wizard, basically, she's the Boss in the front. Tanya's expertise and know-how when it comes to dealing with insurance and her ability to maximize my coverage is remarkable. Tanya is flexible and attentive to my scheduling needs. I am chronically late to everything, and so, Tanya and I have brilliantly devised a plan when setting my appointments. Now, I am always early or on time! In summation, Dr. Han and the staff at Mint Dental Loft are, by far, the best that I've ever had. Visit Dr. Han once and it's basically "set it and forget it". Dr. Han is the best dentist I've ever had. Her professionalism, and the staff's, is most impressive -- so much so, that I actually enjoy going to their offices for my appointments. Dr. Han takes time to explain things, and is reassuring, highly ethical, and trustworthy. For years, I've had to endure--with other dentists--aggressive selling regarding certain treatment options. But, after speaking with Dr. Han, the issue was far more complicated than I previously had been lead to believe. She takes seriously the maxim of "first, do no harm." Dr. Han is wonderfully patient with children. She has a calming bedside manner that will soothe even the most difficult child. And, believe me, my 7-year-old son is difficult, especially when it comes to things like probing his teeth. Recently, his fear got the better of him, and he had a meltdown in her office (despite the sedative effects of nitrous oxide). But Dr. Han kept her cool and took the time -- nearly 40 minutes! -- to counsel and gently calm him. The degree of patience she demonstrated was extraordinary, far beyond the call of duty. My son now has developed a genuine affection for Dr. Han. So has my 5-year-old daughter -- who, at every visit, is thrilled to see Dr. Han. My son and daughter trust and adore her. For this, I credit Dr. Han's warm demeanor, friendly personality, and obvious skills as a dentist. Dr. Han's office is a general dentistry practice, but that shouldn't dissuade you from bringing your children here. Dr. Han taught pediatric dentistry at USC for a number of years; she is an expert on how to communicate with and treat child patients. Alice helped me with my cleaning today! She is so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. So efficient and thorough! Office is clean and good vibes whenever I'm there! I needed a root canal on a front tooth and was a little nervous. However Dr. Moussa and his assistant Ana were amazing!! Dr. Moussa was very thorough in explaining the process, gentle while working on my tooth, and completed everything very efficiently! Both he and Ana checked on me- making sure I was comfortable during treatment. The office is clean and welcoming! I just had my first visit at Mint Dental Loft, and I am beyond thrilled with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire practice is clean, with air purifiers in every single room. There was no wait, and I was taken straight to my chair. They then checked my gums, took my x-ray, and took a complementary oral health scan. They really care about seeing all the details of your teeth and addressing any possible problems, and they took the time to explain exactly what they were seeing, which really put my mind at ease. Riza, the hygienist, was incredibly thorough and took great care to explain every step of the process to me. I loved how she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I especially appreciated her tip about adding hydrogen peroxide to my waterpik once a week to help clean my gums. First off I am "was" TERRIFIED of the dentist. I won't say when was the last time I went, but it has been several years. When I arrived the receptionist was polite and my check-in was really quick. I came prepared with a book thinking that I would be waiting for a while. However, I didn't even get a chance to open it up before I was called to the back. During my examination Dr. Tran and her assistant were very thorough in explaining what was going on, and constantly asked me if I were comfortable. You can tell that the staff at this office cares for their patience. I say this because, although I need a few things done Dr. Tran understands that I am very sensitive with having work done so she gave me suggestions on what I could do to make this easy on myself. My family has been going to Mint Dental Loft for the past three years. You couldnt ask for better dentists. Not only are Dr. Han and Dr. Richard great for my wife and I, but they've done a terrific job with our 5 and 3 year olds as well. They always do a thorough job of explaining treatments and options. The staff is super friendly as well. We have had a couple instances where an emergency came up and they took care of us right away. In one case, Dr. Han was out of town, but arranged for another dentist to see me on a Saturday. The other time, my 4 year old (at the time) fell and banged his two front teeth to the point that they were very loose. Dr. Han and one of the staff stayed late to see him immediately. I had the pleasure of visiting Mint Dental Loft a few months ago, and I can confidently say it's one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! The entire staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Kim, the hygienist, was absolutely fantastic. She used the Airflow machine to clean my teeth, which was incredibly gentle and effective. My teeth have never felt so clean and smooth! Dr. Han is both professional and warm. I really enjoyed coming to the dentist since I felt like it was a spa! The staff is so kind and made me feel welcome and comfortable, and they treat me with such hospitality! I really enjoyed getting to watch a show while also getting my teeth cleaned, and I also enjoyed getting taken such good care of. Another wonderful Mint Dental Loft experience. After years of neglect due to 2 complicated surgeries and the loss of my sight my teeth were not the most important thing on my mind. Well today I got my teeth cleaned by the amazing Kim at MDL and what a cleaning it was ! I have a long way to go towards restoring my dental health but I am in the best care imaginable .Not only am I getting the best possible service, I'm being educated as well.
