I suppose I should have gone to the state agency & reported their operating, billing & customer service policies. BEWARE! They may have some decent dentists, but they are a national or multi state corporate operation.

After years of debilitating headaches and many incorrect diagnosis I was finally correctly…read morediagnosed with TMJ. An oral surgeon referred me to Dr. Herre. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Herre's knowledge of TMJ. He also teaches other dentist how to treat this condition so I would consider him an expert. Dr. Herre made me a bite splint and at first, I will be honest, the expense was really hard to swallow. However, when you consider that the hour long follow up visits (all included) for weeks and weeks afterwards, it really makes the cost more understandable. Anyway, I have had my bite splint for 5 weeks now and the proof is in the pudding. I went from someone who spent probably 10 days a month in bed with migraines to being nearly headache free. Before I also had other symptoms like not being able to chew foods, ear pain, facial pain and all of it has disappeared. My husband is thrilled that I'm not tired all the time anymore. I cannot say how pleased I am with the results so far.

I have had the same Hygienist, Fern, for as long as I can remember, Louise has greeting me since I started going there and I appreciate the family atmosphere of the practice. Their staff is obviously loyal for a reason. They are a great bunch of people. My entire family sees the Herre's. Over the years I have gotten sealants, fillings and broken teeth removed on top of my regular visits and I have always felt at ease. I am never intimidated and as Dr. Scott will tell you, I never cried! It's a nice treat to go to what is usually a dreaded experience and actually sort of enjoy myself and feel cared for.

I will not go back because in the end they only cared about collecting the money. I paid my balance in full for a crown and cavity. The problem was I was in so much pain with a bone infection and no one called be back. What? and Why? I guess money is the main thing!!!!! I've had four experiences total here, the first one was with Dr. Jessup, he fixed a broken tooth,…read morethey got me in quickly and I was happy with how my broken tooth looks. My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

So this pains me to update, but I can't say Keith + Associates is 5/5 right now. I had a somewhat…read morenightmarish situation in November when I went in to get four cavities filled. It all started out fine, and after a long appointment I was back out enjoying life, with some fresh fillings. About a day later one of them popped out. I wasn't for sure that was what happened as I'd only ever had one other cavity filled before, but by the time I made my way back in they confirmed that was indeed what had happened. I was assured that this can happen, and that although it's somewhat rare, it's not unheard of. I would have still given Keith five stars at this point, but the same cavity was filled and fell out two more times. By my fourth visit to take a look at the same cavity I requested a new dentist, which they accommodated, and frankly had a much better experience. We are a few months out and so far the filling has stayed in place. The hardest thing for me about this whole experience was that I had no pain going in to getting the cavity filled and it took me months, through Thanksgiving and Christmas, to get this resolved. During that time, it was on and off again painful to chew. What's hard for me with this update is that I really loved the folks that worked on my mouth each time I went in. I really mean that. From the dentist to the assistant, to the staff, everyone here is really great and does their best. I have no doubt they were doing the best they could, it's totally possible that this was a kind of fluke thing that happened. Will I keep going here? Yes. The bottom line is this is still the best dentist I've been to and I'm hopeful this was a kind of one off and that it'll be smooth sailing here on out.
