BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a laser hair removal package from Mint Laser in June, 2022. I had a consultation with technician, Allison who informed me that it would be best to purchase a package of 4-6 treatments for approximately $1000. I was also informed that the package would be nonrefundable. I agreed and purchased the package. Some days later during the 1st procedure I was asked if any of the hair being lasered were blond or white! I informed her yes. She then informed me that laser would not work on white or blond hair. I was shocked and asked her why she did not inform me of this during the initial consultation and she replied that she didn't think the question was polite! However, it was polite to ask that very question during the 1st procedure!! After several days of feeling quite cheated I contacted Mint Laser to discuss the issue. I spoke to Alexandra, the owner who informed me that the package was non-refundable but I was welcome to use it for some other service. I informed her that I did not want any other service and because I was misled would prefer a refund. She hung up on me! I later wrote Mint laser looking for a favorable outcome however I never got one. Eventually, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who contacted Mint laser however their response was the same: she purchased a non-refundable package. I pointed out that this was not the reason why I was disputing the purchased but the fact that I was misled into purchasing a package that would not work for me. Eventually, Mint laser refused to respond to the BBB and therefore the case was closed. The case is now with Consumer Protection. Stay tuned..... read more

Didn't even get to experience this place. I was never notified of their "no refund policy" it isn't listen on their website, like the receptionist said there was. I had done my transaction over the phone with a different receptionist. The second receptionist was extremely rude did not want to help she just said they would not do the refund (needed a refund due to skin and my dermatologist suggesting me not to laser for a while.) Reviews on yelp and Groupon can confirm that these people are down right rude and uncooperative (wish I had read them previous to my purchase.) Do not waste your time and energy here, I have not even received a treatment or have used a session and they're already giving me a hard time. PASS. Also I tried to make my review on google and it strangely says "no connection" coincidence? I think not. Anyways, my credit card company will be dealing with this issue from here on, if anyone else has had the same experience do not budge or let your money go to the drain! Continue to fight! I went in and purchased a large package for laser hair removal all over my body after speaking with the lady at the front desk. Each time I went in a for a session, a different person helped me (I thought this was strange). By the fourth person, I was told that laser hair removal would not work for me because I have fine blonde hair. When I brought this up to the Manager, I was told that they do not issue refunds and there is nothing I can do. I have hundreds of unused dollars sitting at this clinic. Poor service. Underwhelmed. First visit for lower leg laser treatment using groupon. Technician whipped through it in 10 mins. Not to mention how quickly she whipped the bed around making me dizzy. I've had laser at other clinics & legs take much longer than 10 mins. Before I was off the table the technician was trying to sell me additional packages. I said I'd wait to see the results first. Her reply, "this is the very best laser anywhere." Great, the Donald Trump of laser over statement. I asked for tissues to wipe off the large amount of gel still covering my legs. Oops! Should have read the reviews before booking! I called 3 days ago to book laser hair removal treatments. I was not informed at the time of booking that there may be health concerns that would not permit you to have laser treatments I spoke with my doctor today and she has advised against laser. I called to cancel and was told that this is correct, I cannot have laser treatment, but that you don't let customers know what potential barriers to service there might be until AFTER they pay a non-refundable lump sum. This is absurd. No services have been rendered. They will not cancel, although it would pose a health risk for me to proceed with the services. read more

They get the job done I guess. I came here with a Groupon for laser hair removal. Don't bother trying to make an appointment by email, it's better to call. It was busy when I got there the first time, and filled out a long form that I don't think people looked at. It's clean and nice with a comfy and inviting couch in the waiting room. Upon entering for treatment, it was like wham bam thank you ma'am type of service. There was no explanation of the procedure, the machine and what I would expect. It was the complete opposite that I experienced at HairFree Laser where they went through a lengthy explanation of the hair growth and what not. They didn't explain anything, sat me on the table and proceeded and set me on my way. My upper lip treatment, actually went on top of my mole and caused it to peel. I had to tell her for next time. They did try to upsell me on my first appointment and said there was a limited time promotion and i might get it today. i declined, and a few months later, the promotion is still there. REVIEW FOR THE LIBERTY VILLAGE LOCATION (171 East Liberty Street #145) Another epic adventure at the Mint Clinic! I went back for my second appointment and had the pleasure to see the delightful receptionist (brunette with long hair extensions always holding her sparkly iPhone) who claim to be the owner, and claim that it is HER clinic (?)... Well...she needs to learn about professional etiquette, and that's the least I can say. The unique lonely star rating is for the really sweet technician who did the procedure. She was professional, friendly and very efficient. Once the treatment was done, I go back to the front desk to ask the brunette receptionist for some change to give a tip to the technician. She refuses point blank. I am speechless. Then she mumbles something about scheduling my next appointment with all the courteous manners that she's capable of... throwing me some dates here and there in a confused way... I ask for a calendar and again : A very lovely NO! I am getting slightly annoyed but, again, the receptionist goes off and asks me if I'm one of those who wrote a review about her? At this point I have to admit, I find her amusing. In the meantime, the technician is speechless ( obviously bullied by the B receptionist) and the receptionist yells at me to get out of HER clinic and that I won't get any other appointments or anymore treatments in HER clinic. I have to say, she is not amusing me at this point and I state that she would have to refund me for the unlimited year service I paid for. At this point brunette receptionist's face gets twisted and she says No WAY, then I hear : GET OFF MY PROPERTY. Her property (?) i found this place through a coupon deal online for laser hair removal. I bought the cheapest coupon offered because i wanted to test the place - am always a little skeptical of spas unless i hear of them through word of mouth. yes, it took a few tries to actually get through to book the first appointment but they did call back and we played phone tag for a bit. i finally did get the appointment that weekend actually which was quick and worked out great because i only have a year to use the coupon. the place is quite small and if you arent paying attention you may miss it on street level. They have an A-frame out and you have to go upstairs where the spa actually is. The laser treatment is with the soprano machine which is heat activated and from what i understand burn the hair follicles. After my first treament for my underarms i was hooked and purchased non-coupon packages for other areas. The results are fantastic so far and i have been going in for regularly scheduled appointments. I find the staff very friendly and the receptionist always calls to confirm the appointment the day before - i appreciate the reminder. The spa itself is nice and clean - its not fancy by any means but it does the job. I've been thrilled with the results so far and would recommend this place! read more

I used a Groupon for laser hair removal 1 year unlimited First appointment: It went okay until I had to pay extra money even though I paid for the Groupon for the package I had purchased. The technician was a sweet lady but they didn't really explain the rules on how I should prep myself for my appointment. Nor did they explain the DO's and Don'ts. I can say the place always looks clean to me and smells nice. The room where the laser happens seems to be always freezing cold, knowing that your patients will be half/fully naked I would assume they would invest in some heat. I have seen results from the areas I have done but I know I will have to buy another package and go over them again because they don't really spend enough time on each body part they just go over it and especially for myself I have thicker hair than others. I dislike the fact that every time I have had an appointment it's always a different technician I don't understand why I can't simply have one technician and they can make an appointment when they work, I would understand if they were absent from work but every time I have gone for an appointment I had to be seen naked in front of another technician. The receptionist "owner" I can bluntly say is a cunt; she needs to learn some social skills and to be polite to her patients. (Remember we are paying for these packages learn to smile and be polite). This is for the Liberty village location. I am not sure what the negative reviews are about. Maybe the management has changed since? Take the negativity with a grain of salt. Also the people who leave "1 star" reviews typically leave them on multiple businesses. Take a click on their profile to see if it's legit! Regardless my experience here has been wonderful. They are so accommodating, the technology they use for laser is top notch and I have found them to be thorough and polite. I had 10-11 treatments on my underarms at a previous clinic and still had a ton of hair growth and little results. I came here, after my first treatment results are phenomenal. As for the upfront payment -- I have not found a laser clinic that does not do this. It's standard in my opinion. People just don't read the fine print apparently. Mint is moving locations from Liberty to Bloor -- and for the "inconvenience" they gave me a 50 dollar coupon to use on their services. If that's not customer service than I am not sure what is. I bought 6 laser hair removal sessions on a small area for about $300. I'm finished the treatments and I have absolutely no results. What a waste of money. I'm wary of their "no pain laser". A few are very polite though. They try to push that you at least wait 6 weeks however I have been told by others that you can go between 4-6. This clinic is clean and I never had problems making appointments. The reason for the 1 star is because the girls at the front desk can be short and unfriendly. This is for the LIBERTY VILLAGE location. I have been to both locations. I went to this location on a groupon for 1 year unlimited laser for 6 small areas (I only got treated 2 areas) as the area zones changed when I arrived but frankly, I was too lazy to argue. This clinic really is a hit or miss, but mostly a miss. On some days I would come and the technicians would be great, my appointments would be booked quickly, and i was on my way without a hassle. Other days, the technician would seem very inexperience, apathetic, and the receptionist could care less. I had a very unpleasant experience recently with this "clinic" though that prompted me to leave a review on Yelp. The voucher that I bought was valid for a year. I had no idea when this year would expire - I was under the impression that they would inform me of my expiration date after my last appointment and book no further appointments. I guess they didn't. They booked me for an appointment, and even when I called to say that I couldn't make it down (not knowing that voucher was expired), they said I would be charged a $50 fee. So I literally rushed there from class, wasted bus fare - only to arrive to the stone cold receptionist who looked at me bewildered and said: receptionist: " um, your voucher is expired - so yah, unless you want to buy another one, it's expired so we have no idea why you are here." me: "if it was expired, why didnt they inform me of it last time before making another appointment? I just rushed all the way from class to get here" her: "well, they dont know until they open your file, so, they didnt know." After looking at her in shock for another few minutes she said her "well, yah. sorry." me " im glad you said sorry. bye" Honestly I could have made a bigger deal out of the situation but by that time i really had no more energy. This is a review for the Liberty Village location. I purchased a groupon about a year ago for unlimited laser for a year and have had awful experiences here from the beginning. First, I was told I was getting five body parts included in my deal. When I showed up for my first appointment the technician told me that only four were recorded as part of my deal. I reminded her that SHE sold me my package and she promised five body parts. She complied and said she now remembers. Every appointment was greeted by an unfriendly receptionist that has a small dog running around the salon. Not sure if this is sanitary or necessary. Regardless of the dog, this woman is totally rude and will try to book you for an appointment with an eight week gap instead of six. Then she'll tell you that they are ALL BOOKED for the next eight weeks and that is their earliest appointment. That is impossible. In my year of appointments I've only seen a handful of other clients in the clinic. My third appointment was done by another technician that was from another location. What should have taken her thirty minutes to do she did in ten minutes. I called the next day to complain that I basically missed one of my appointments because this technician was so awful and I was told by the woman on the phone that I would be given an extra appointment at the end of my year. Of course, at my next appointment, I tried to confirm this and no note was written in my file. The receptionist was a huge bitch and basically told me that it was too bad and nothing could be done. At this clinic, everyone will tell you they're the manager and they own the place so basically if they say nothing can be done, nothing can be done. They are rude, unprofessional, and will make you feel uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor, don't come here. Not even with a groupon. Go somewhere else with a Soprano XL machine! read more

The review should be 3.5 stars. I have actually had fairly pleasant experiences at Mint in comparison to the other posters. The receptionists have always been courteous when I've arrived and when I've departed. I purchased a deal online and started with getting my full legs done. I eventually purchased another deal with them to get my full arms done as well. The establishment is clean and looks professional. I book my appointments out 6 weeks in advance to ensure I can get as much service for the 1 year package. On occasion when I've had to cancel or rebook, they have actually been able to schedule me a new time within a week of my canceled session. The progress: I've had some pretty great results in my legs. My arms seem to be coming along as well, although I started them later. However I feel that the effectiveness of each treatment really depends on the person administering the laser and how thorough they are. Some training could go a long way. If clients can't see the same person, they should at least feel like they are getting the same thorough treatment each time the come in. The technicians: I've seen about 5 technicians. 1 was extremely thorough in her treatment and I had the best results after seeing her, however she works at the bloor street location and had come in to cover for someone. The others the were not as thorough to varying degrees, but were always kind and professional. The first session I ever had was by a new technician who seemed like she did not have any training on this particular equipment and was flying by the seat of her pants. As such, The settings were too low and I didn't see much of a result from my session with her. I'm in the same boat as others with the fact that I do not like being unable to see the same technician, or not even being able to book with the same person. However, I've been lucky enough to see the same person on 80% of my visits. The rooms could be warmer, especially when doing larger body areas. They provide towels to cover up if necessary but those are barely hand towels Overall, I've had a pretty good experience. Some tweaks to their service - is. I went to MINT Laser Clinic & Skin Care in July to have my bikini area lasered and I'm very pleased with the results. After only one treatment (the esthetician did an excellent job) I have a perfectly manicured bikini area now. I will be going back for more treatments for sure. The decor of MINT is pristine and I adore the location in Liberty Village too. I was nervous because it was my first time being lasered and was happy that laser hair removal was not as painful as feared, it just prickles and is over before you know it. I had a package of 6 photo facials that promised amazing results for way too much money, after the 6 I have had no visible results and I have now heard from numerous people that they turn down the intensity down in a ploy to make you buy further treatments. I really don't see the negative reviews when I had service here. Was my first laser experience, and the staff were very nice and answered all my questions. I called in before I bought the groupon and they let me book through them for the groupon price (bonus!!) My treatment took about 30 minutes, I was offered water while I waited and my technician was very nice to me, we chatted about Halloween. When I left they booked my next appointment in dec for me. I read up online and this is to ensure that the treatment is the most effective. Will update this review once I have completed my 6 sessions and I am hopefully hair free! UPDATED: it's been ten days and already the treatments have been very effective!! There are whole patches on my legs that are hair free. I am very very happy! read more

I purchased a groupon before reading the yelp reviews, so I felt committed in seeing my treatment for laser-hair removal through. The sessions were very brief and painful, but I did see a change in hair-growth. No fan-fare. Very basic service. I had to cancel an appointment, and did so about ~30 hours in advance but they wouldn't allow me to reschedule (their policy requires 48 hours). I knew that I had one additional appointment left for treatment and they claimed that I did not. For these reasons, my treatment has ended two sessions early. As a result, although my hair growth has been minimised in the treatment area, I definitely haven't seen permanent results. I'll be looking for another clinic to do more treatments. read more

They are rude and they are greedy. I was on the phone trying to book a facial, the woman asked for my cc number and said she had to process the cost before I came in, I asked why. She said that it deterred people from missing their appointments (thanks for treating your customers like shitty children). I reluctantly said sure. Then I asked where they were located. If I could rate this as zero stars I would. The brunette with straightened hair, caked on makeup, and obviously injected lips is really awful and mean. She is not helpful for scheduling. Such a bad energy and attitude from her when you enter. She doesn't greet you, offer you a seat or any of the treats they have there upon entry. The place has the appearance of good service, but it's a all a facade. They whip through treatment. I've had treatments on small areas where they should take 15 minutes going over the area many times, and other clinics have done that, but at Mint they only take 5. It's crazy. For example, I tried to change one of the areas I had chosen for my Groupon after I completed my first session. The receptionist at the time said I could change it on my next visit (no charge) because I realized I didn't want one area treated. When I came the next time.. the brunette receptionist said "I don't know where you go this information but its incorrect. If you want to change it's a $85 fee." we argued for a bit because I was convinced it was a problem on their end (if a receptionist from your business told me one thing.. regardless of what you think shouldn't you try to make up for the mix-up on your end?) In the end, she cuts me off mid sentence and says " do you want to change areas or not, I'll do it for free just hurry up". The next incident, I called because it was the infamous Toronto 2013 rainstorm. At the time of the call, the freak storm had not started so I was uncertain if rain would actually come. A receptionist picked up and told me "It's not like I have zero common sense, I know if its raining you're not going to come" Oh.. Okay then. A great deal... With a great deal of hassle!! My experience with this clinic has been trying at best. Staff turnover has been very high and that is not surprising based on the attitudes of some of the management. I am having a hard time getting a straight answer out of the staff on who the manager actually is. The treatment quality varies dramatically between technicians, and they will not book you with one person consistently. I have been spoken to rudely, and made so uncomfortable that it brought me to tears. The money I saved opting for this clinic was not worth my time and emotionally energy. I would never ever go back there again. The personal is rude. They lie about results and the procedures just to convince you to buy it. I had a package of 6 laser hair removals and they promised that it would be enough to completely remove all the hairs and that the procedure is painless. First of all it is not painless at all. On my last procedure they used different machine and it was so painful that I could not stand it and I complained about it, so instead of moving me back to the old one the staff didn't care at all, she became irritated and finished everything in 2 minutes. I still have most of my hairs on the same place. And I want to mention the woman on reception, that one is a separate story. She is rude and she has a dog. When I was waiting for my procedure her dog pissed on the carpet in the hallway, this woman didn't clean it up and went on sitting at her desk as if nothing happened. I bought a promotional package from inside the store rather than online. At first they tried to tell me that there was no promotion but I told them I found it online and was finally given the promo price. The receptionist was HORRID!!! She was rude and clearly doesn't know that part of her job requires her to be professional and POLITE. She acted like some type of movie star receptionist as if she had better things to do! I had a very good first session with a very polite and professional technician however I had a different much worse experience for my second and third visit. On my second visit I got burned by the technician in a few different spots and on my third visit the technician really really pushed buying more packages to the point that I felt very uncomfortable. Throughout the entire session she kept pushing me to get my underarms done even though I told her that I have already got them done and am continuing on somewhere else to touch them up. She continued to say that the winter promo would end and they would no longer offer the promo price even though I said NO already. She then said I should get my entire body done even though I have already had most of my body lasered and I had told her that. Upon leaving, the technician waved me into another room saying that the manager said that if I wanted my entire body done that I could pay the cheap price of $1200 but only if I paid in cash and paid on the spot that day. From my first hand customer experience, my review is: Truly awful service, shady and exploitive business practices, and an all-around terrible experience. Spend your money elsewhere. Update: Here's what I personally found shady and exploitive from my experience with a Groupon package: (Groupon has since refunded the remainder of my package and apologized for my terrible experience as a client of Mint Laser Clinic.) Shady: offering additional 'cash only' packages in person and avoiding charging and remitting HST. Another word for that is illegal. Exploitive: re-negotiating higher rates and packages while the client is undressed and in the middle of treatment. I attempted to offer feedback on two separate occasions, once in person immediately following a treatment and again on the telephone while attempting to schedule another with a different technician. I was rudely rebuffed on both occasions -- and hung up on the second and last time. From my personal, first hand experience, Mint Laser's representative should spend less time attempting to have unflattering reviews deleted from Yelp and more time addressing her business' glaring client relations deficiencies. read more

The biggest problem with this place is that often they have a huge backlog of clients waiting for their treatments. I give this place two stars because: - the clinic is very disorganized -lack of communication between the workers - receptionist is a joke. She never knows what she is doing or suppose to be doing. I think her job is to sit there and look pretty and have all the other ladies do her job. Shes always fighting with the computer when booking appointments. Suggestion If the computer is to high tech ,use the paper and pencil method, it might work better . I wouldnt be surprise if one of my appointments were not in their system. The point of having a receptionist is for them to keep the appoinments orgainzed, call clients a head of time to remind them about up coming appointments as well as returning clients phone calls! Worst customer experience ever. i paid $700 for 7 -20 minute sessions. Besides dont give you 20 minutes long sessions ( way shorter than that) these people only book you in ridiculously times and dont explain your re booking police. You have to pay 50 dolLars every time your plans changes. They made up booking I DID not do and wanted to charge for them. I asked to speak w management and for my surprise it was the same rude person over the phone. I had an awful experience at Mint laser clinic at liberty village. I bought a groupon for one year unlimited laser hair removal. after a year of going for laser treatments on my face (about 12 treatments) and body, now I have a face full of bold hairs. much worse than before, and NO REDUCTION! on my body also I did not get significant reduction if no increase!! I have a fair skin with dark hair which they claim is most suitable for their Soprano laser treatments. Never ever risk your skin and hair in this clinic! read more

YOU WANT A REVIEW??? I HAVE JUST THE ONE FOR YOU. Listen up- DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT make the mistake of going to Mint Laser Liberty Village. If I could, I would laser off all the stars that they have ever received on any review site. I never hesitate in appreciating service that is genuinely good, but this was genuinely horrid. The reason for this animosity is not just to save you from potentially devastatingly pathetic service, but also since I wouldnt want ANYONE to waste their hard-earned money- something that these employees take for granted. MY REASONS 1) Lets see, I have had the RECEPTIONIST WALK IN WITHOUT KNOCKING DURING MY LASER FOR BIKINI!! And not a single word of SORRY. THIS IS JUST UNFORGIVABLE. And the only reason I have waited for this long to vent is because of the vibes I get from the moment I enter that place. I was afraid that they are quiet capable of burning me out of revenge for bad reviews. So I waited patiently for the sun to rise on my side. 2) I have had 2-3 minute sessions for my treatments which is full back and brazilian, for EVERY. SINGLE. APPOINTMENT. 3) For my last appointment I am told that I shouldnt be using veet, something that was told to me from day one by their very own employee. 4) While I begged them to wait for me once for 5 minutes since I was going to be late, I was given a cold NO, so thats 1 month that got gobbled up by them. And then conveniently there was no availability for the next month, so they ate that too. At the same time, I have been told to wait for more than 15 minutes on EVERY APPOINTMENT, and once for 45 minutes while I sat there helplessly like a puppy, waiting for some-one to give me an explaination about why people coming after me were getting in first?! 5) AND I can unanimously say on behalf of every single customer of theirs who has bought a voucher from GROUPON, OR CRAPFIND, they will always push you for an appointment for after 6 weeks, even though the voucher says 4-6 weeks, DESPITE of availability. This is so you get lesser treatments in that 1 year of "unlimited" laser treatment. The only reason I am not sueing any-one is because I dont want people to know I was hairy. read more

I would not recommend this place to anybody. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I'm not normally one to write any reviews bad or good unless I really feel the need to, and I feel the need to warn people about this spa!! They often have deals because they cannot keep regular clients. Their service is not even worth the deals they offer!!! I bought a groupon deal for six laser treatments. I've only had five and they told me I've used all six. I had burn marks on my arms which is not normal at all. I get laser on my entire body and never had that happen once at the other place I go to. Overall experience within the last 5 months or so of service was awful. Also one of the estheticians did my laser on my arms so half ass it literally took her one minute. She didn't take her time. She quickly went over my arm with the laser as fast as she could and said we were done. Without even getting my entire arm. I also paid for a FULL ARM of laser, I told them only the lower half with my hand included. The first three times they did it no problem, then the 4th time she didn't, the 5th I had to remind her and she told me I didn't pay for that and it only says lower arm on my file. On my 3rd apt or so I called and requested a certain girl to do my laser for my 4th apt and I would of been flexible with my schedule on the day and time but she said she couldn't do that. It's whoever is available that day and they don't have their schedules to be able to do that. After calling and complaining and being upset about having burn marks the front desk girl said its normal then hung up in my ear or the phone call dropped but she didn't call me back. Got this at a great price but I feel like it was just a BIG waste of time, the laser hurts like HELL (in the first room), after approx 5 treatments I had little to no results, and staff is not accommodating to clients :( When you get there on time, there's always at Least* a half-hour+ wait...feels like ages. read more

My girlfriend purchased a package through groupon in order to rid me of my furry back. After 6 sessions, I'm proud to say that I no longer need a brush, but a comb will suffice. I recently went for an appointment, for which I showed up 5 minutes in advance. After 40 minutes, and watching 2 other clients (who arrived after me) waltz straight through, I asked why I was being delayed. "Problem with the machine". Ok, so why not tell me sooner? Another 5 minutes, I'm finally called in, and the girl says, "Oh, it seems that your sessions have expired." Really??!! You book the appointment, send me 2 reminders, make me wait 45 minutes, then tell me I'm expired???? What a monumental waste of time and energy. I would rate the results of the laser treatment as fair, and customer treatment "fair" as well. Businesses that rely on Groupon to survive are ruining many industries, forcing good companies to cut corners. Want good results? Avoid groupons, and pay for good, quality service. read more

I feel unwelcome when I go here. The staff are rude and it seems to me they think they are above the customers. I arrived for my first appt to be told that I had to come back in 4 weeks since I had tweezed in the month prior. When I suggested that when one books their first appt the receptionist should tell people not to tweeze for 4 weeks prior I was rudely told they dont have time to sit on the phone and tell people this stuff. So my first appt was a waste of time. When I came back for my second appt the receptionist was rude. When I asked the tech to explain the procedure to me she said "you know what to expect you were here before"...I said "ya but I didnt have the procedure done". Just plain rude and unprofessional. The receptionist was so rude to the other staff and the owner (Im assuming) was arguing with the receptionist in front of me. Also the different staff give conflicting information about how many procedures for the hair to be gone. Once Ive used all 6 sessions I will never go back to this place. read more
