Recently found this little gem and so happy I did. My stylist Morgan was incredible! She took the time to really look at my hair, ask how I most often wear it and we discussed the shape it was in. She gave me great recommendations and I loved the products she used. The atmosphere was open and warm. Very comfortable and stylish. Recommend you try this place. I felt very safe during my appointment with the safety precautions they've taken during the pandemic. Everyone was wearing masks, plenty of hand sanitizer and plenty of space between stations. Brooke did my balayage for me and I absolutely love it! She was easy to book with and she fit me in quickly. I showed her an inspiration pic on what I wanted and it came out spot on! Almost every salon that I've been to has left my hair orange or yellow after bleaching and Brooke was able to give me the most beautiful ashy blonde that I asked for! There was no yellow or orange brassy color at all! She also did a great job cutting my hair! I've been getting balayage for over 5 years by different stylist and Brooke has made me the happiest with my hair! She was very friendly and professional as well! I've driven by this salon for awhile now and have needed to get a hair cut badly. I made an appointment online with Morgan Kelly and I'm happy I did. She did an amazing job with my severely damaged hair. Best it's looked in years. If you're not sure about this place trust me when I say go for it!!! I went in to get a a darker hair color then a little trim and I had to reschedule 3 different times because she canceled an hour before every time. I have very very thin short hair and just for those services was $350. I can't even imagine the price if it was bleaching apt. I have been to much nicer salons and paid much less. What a great experience! If you are looking for a relaxing, classy, interesting, luxurious, SF modern loft-ish feel salon that is boasting with amazing stylists that are well educated and seasoned(some of the best in Lodi) than Welcome Home! There are a lot of salons in Lodi, I frequent many... and love them too.....but this is different! I'll try to explain....The attention to detail is immaculate. The branding is above and beyond anything I have ever seen at a salon. I just love the client smocks/drapes! Thirsty? Ok!! I love the well thought coffee bar and optional adult beverages! The style is a minimalist approach which allowed my mind to be free and not overstimulated. Wonderfully adorned with lots of seating, my fav is the table & seating area in the middle (so you can people watch and have a place to set your drink). It was also nice to walk in to the open and receiving front reception area, have room to set my stuff down and view and smell the delicious products. There is something for everyone! Not only do they smell delicious they are visually arousing with adorable packaging(great place for a quick gift! and some are even branded! If you like simply elegant than this salon is for you. It was my pleasure visiting and the whole experience brought much "enjoyMint". I'll be back for sure! read more

Booked a kids appointment online which was denied bc the stylist does not do boys cuts yet she is the one that it defaults to for kids cuts and there is no option to select gender. She did follow up and say she could check to see if anyone else could help but no one else was able to accommodate. Then was told they are booking 2-4 weeks out even tho there were several open slots. Very disappointing service and a major flaw in their booking system. read more

This place is amazing. Not only is the customer service amazing but the atmosphere is also. The owner Lindsey has put so much thought into detail and has made this place a comfortable and inviting place. Lindsey has been doing my hair for a couple of years now. I have always walked out feeling great after a visit with her. I'm happy that that carried over to her very own salon. The location is perfect and also parking was super easy. I have been going to Madelyn for service for some time because she does not disappoint! She cuts both my hair and my daughter's hair which is fine, thin hair that she makes look full and back to life! She has a great attitude and accommodates me and my daughter to have hair appointments back to back which is helpful for my schedule. Horrible service. I got my VIRGIN HAIR colored by Jessica morales I spent 30 mins talking to her about how I was afraid of orange hair before we started the coloring process and she assured me it wouldn't turn orange/copper. After 4 hours of coloring I left home with a reasonable color, not exactly how I wanted but okay. 2 days passed and I washed my hair and when I stepped out of the shower my hair color completely turned into something different. It was copper orange and just looked ugly. I texted her right away and sent her photos of what happened. She asked me to come on to talk about it some more. We came to a solution to where she would fix it in the same price $190 which I had already paid. She gave me another appt 3 weeks out. On my third appt when I showed up she absolutely rejected to fix my hair. She called the owner who was disrespectful and wouldn't listen to me. They asked me to leave the salon. I was devastated i broke down and cried to them. They said it was too late for anything since it had been so long. And that was due to her schedule. I asked if I can get a refund or a partial refund and they kicked me out in tears. I hope this review prevents this from happening to anyone else. Very very rude people. Or maybe it was my ethnicity that caused them to act that way. read more
