I have had to take family members 3 times in the past year & they have been fantastic every single time. From the ease of checking in, to the care of taking my mom with dementia to the back & making her feel heard & seen, to then calming down a teen having a massive anxiety attack. There is literally nothing that could have gone any better. It is clean, quiet & well equipped. Short wait, if any. The receptionsits, med techs, CNAs, PAs and MDs have all been knowledgeable, polite, efficient, & above all, ACCURATE. As a professional patient advocate, if every medical facility was like this, I would be out of a job. I am so grateful to have them here around the corner from me & will continue to go back anytime we need medical attention.

A 20 minute visit and an unfilled prescription for an antibiotic was almost $500! After Medicare examined the billing, they refused to pay almost $150! Minute Clinic and CVS would not give me a copy of the bill - I asked three times, and three times I was sent the "statement" - NOT THE BILL. I got an abbreviated copy of the bill sent to Medicare, which showed items were billed that had NOTHING to do with my visit. It was just made up stuff designed to "pad" the bill. Not even a doctor, but a "Physicians Assistant"! CVS has refused to respond to my complaints. Even worse.

I've been getting billed by them, which I ignored. I had to pay before I was even seen. I have Medicare, to which they should've submitted the bill. Instead, they sent it to collection! These new services are extremely expensive. Additionally although they "pride" themselves through their women's health and OBGYN practices, they are not prepared to provide women with pads or feminine products after these services. Staff turnover is extremely high as they go through a third party temp agency and fire well meaning employees for simple things like showing up to work and using the rest room as soon as they clock in. Remember, this is a doctor's office and the employees are punished for their bodily functions. Staff drama is extremely common. Steer clear.

Then Dr. Vicery changed…read moredirection and added more doctors who were aggressive with treatment and at one point would not renew my prescription for diabetes until I had some very expensive tests not covered by my insurance. I was in a dilema and they seemed to shrug their shoulders and had an attitude towards me that I was not cooperating. They held firm and I had to find another doctor who could help me. I could not take the additional medications prescribed to control my diabetes because they made me severely sick, digestively and I didn't trust the doctors there any longer. Then Dr. Vicery moved into another area of care that was not for the patients and clearly for making lots of money. Lousy move. do not go to this practice.
