She first discussed my heart issues which were her not her concern and she's not my cardiologist. So that was really bizarre. She returned next, felt my ankles, not swollen, again this was to see about my heart issues, not my breathing issues! She takes 2xrays, states I have lung auscultation and wheezing. I was able to view my X-rays, my lower left lung was filled with fluid. My oxygen level was 94% so I was still not in total distress, just needed antibiotics to clear my nasal passages and clear my lungs. She stated I must go to the ER for a Cat scan! Now, mind you, she can't write the an order because she's not a doctorhust a nurse. So I left with absolutely nothing even though I don't have the time nor money to go to the ER when she could have helped me there. On the following day ,June 13,I get a call from a woman named Joy who then informs me my lung is now totally clear and to make an appointment with my primary. I had asked her if this constant coughing was sign of a clear lungs and she refused to answer. This is all documented in the summaries in Advent health's patient portal. I did go to my primary who gave me 2 shots and 3 prescriptions and after 1.5days I already feel almost back to normal. I never have been treated so strangely by a person who clearly overstepped her bounds. Advent health needs to admonish Alisha Ottati for treating a patient is such a disrespectful and negligent manner.

I drove him to the Care Spot that's 5 minutes from my home. We arrived at 7:51pm and they close at 8pm. Even though it was late they still saw us and provided very kind service. I was especially impressed with the attentive care of the nurse and doctor in the back. They were so kind and caring and I really appreciated it. He ended up having Strep throat and they recommended we get the meds from a 24 hour pharmacy that wasn't too far away. Everything went smoothly and overall I would definitely go back there whenever one of us gets sick again. We were out of there within 35 minutes.

Didnt even see mistake when I questioned it. Express Care PA Robert Walther (hope I have spelling correct) was truly amazing. He examined me heart, ear, nose and throat thoroughly. Requested xray done on premises. He called me following day with doctors diagnosis after reviewing my xray with Acute Bronchitis and they ruled out Pneumonia. The cough medicated Robert prescribed was fantastic controlling my constant cough and I was finally able to sleep. Waiting time was minimal as I was seen within 10 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS FACILITY OVER ALL OTHERS. Negative reviews are from years ago, they must have different staff. Thank you to staff for the wonderful service.

I decided to take the leap of faith and make an appointment. I am glad that I did. I live in Apopka and this office is less than 10 minutes away from me, so its location was important, They have late hours until 8pm on weekdays and are open on the weekend. If you are familiar with the Advent Health system, all of your medical information is accessible through their website or their app you can download on your phone. I love that if I get bloodwork done at one of their locations, it's almost immediately available in their portal. I can access my past appointments and if I have ever gone to a Centra Care or the Advent ER, all of that is available. So far it's been great. Even if I don't always see the same doctor, all of the notes are in the system. Every time I have had an appointment, the doctor or the assistant has been very caring, helpful and informative.

I think we were there for less than an hour and in that time, i got 12 stitches in my foot (have since returned to have them out - equally easy) got a tetanus shot and they called in a rx for an antibiotic to my pharmacy - which was ready when we got there. I didn't even have to stand at the desk and register, they took me to an exam room, elevated my foot and did the entire registration process with an ipad, in the exam room. Accepted my insurance and we were good to go. NP, Amy was wonderful; the entire team was efficient and friendly. Also, we were impressed by how clean it was. Mid-to-upper back, T1-T4. They then ordered an MRI to examine my cervical spine, which looked at C1 through T1 and didn't go any lower. I now have a useless MRI of my neck. Now, because I have no other choice, I have to wait at least another month to get an appointment with Orlando Family Physicians, where I give it a 50% chance they own up to their mistake and make an effort to fix it, and order and MRI for the correct area of my back.

If there's a small complaint (or a couple of them), it is that you're not able to get in when you need to - it comes and goes - but I suppose that's true of any doctor's or dentist's office. Dr. Lopez is sometimes loath to refer me to a specialist even when I ask for one - they want to be the arbiter of whether it's warranted or not. On the plus side, the wait time at this office is phenomenally great usually: I've been in and out in less than an hour more often than not. This most recent visit was 45 minutes, and it included a tour of their new dental set-up. Maybe that would explain why you can't always get an appointment when you want - they actually manage their patient load in a meaningful way. They also sweeten things for patients from time to time. Last summer, they had ready meals that you can go by and pick up (register first) every Friday for a few weeks. This year, there was a 'turkey gift card' ($50) for TG. Unfortunately, it was at a specific time only, and I was not in town that day, and there was no way to get around it. Still, I'm happy enough overall that, for now, I'll continue to call this my primary care provider.
