We were left with more questions than answers and no clear explanation of what was happening. Every time we asked for an update, we felt like we were being brushed aside rather than informed. No family should have to spend hour after hour worrying and wondering about such an important situation while receiving virtually no information. The lack of communication, transparency, and concern for patients made an already stressful experience even more frustrating. What should have been a joyful day turned into a long, exhausting, and emotionally draining ordeal. I cannot recommend this facility based on our experience.

Specifically told the doctor whose name is Oxford Williams that I didn't want him to take Steroid medication. Gave the address of the pharmacy then he left to put it in the system. My first visit at this clinic, he gave me the standard allergy test, where they check your reactions to different common allergens on your back. After sitting for 20 minutes or so, I had to have a few retested on my arm. After that, he talked with me about the results and the different allergies I tested positive for. He was very informative and he cared about how much money I was going to have to spend on medications. He gave me a coupon for my (very expensive) eye drops. He also gave me a coupon for my inhaler. After that, he gave me several coupons on covers for my mattress and my pillows. His staff was very kind too. My least favorite part is the asthma test where you have to blow into the tube machine. It's complicated to do it correctly, because it feels very unnatural, but that's just part of the process.
