They will not inform you if they don't test adults for flu, COVID or RSv but will see you, cancel the appointment and then submit an insurance Medicare claim and receive $349 and then turn you over to collections for an additional $25 even though they don't offer the services you needed help for.. I came in with the left aid of neck, shoulder & arm pain, they took me right to the back and took my vitals ( my B/P was hight) they gave me a EKG that ruled out a heart issue. The pain ended up coming from my neck so the gave me two shots that was on Monday 4/17/23 & today is 4/20/23 and I Jane been with out pain! I'm an established patient. I called for an appointment, scheduled for 4pm. Filled out all the forms online. Arrived 15 minutes early. Signs posted everywhere stating "we don't take appointments." Evidently the appointment I made was an "estimate" or "reservation" of what time I would be seen. At 445, after several folks who came in AFTER me were called back, I asked how long? " You're next. Great. Other people called back. At 5, I asked, how much longer? You're next. It's now 520 and I'm still sitting here. The last time I was here, it was definitely NOT like this. I will say, once I finally got called back at 525, the nurse and then the doctor took the time to listen to my complaint and I didn't feel rushed. He definitely made an informed decision after talking, listening and examining me. read more

Had the same insurance company for 6 years, never had to pay a co-pay over $20 (at any urgent care). I've also been to this specific urgent care multiple times (never paid more than $20 for co-pay). The front desk lady, who was rude and short with me, first told me I had to pay $200 co-pay because my insurance. I call my insurance and they said that's not right, so I handed the phone to the front desk worker and then her new excuse was that I was a new patient there (which is why it was $200). After I reminded her I have been to this location multiple times, she magically saw that I was right. Then, her new excuse of why it was $200 was that because of a new "computer system" they had installed. You can't make this stuff up.. it's either this lady is a total liar or has no idea how to do her job. Sadly, nothing will probably be done about this. read more

Good afte rnoon, I found that I needed to COVID test due to on outbreak in my office. everything was great, the nurse who came out for the swab, to the setting of the appointment. until..... The Nurse practitioner came out. He kept asking me if I was feeling fine. I kept saying yes. He told me I was positive. I was totally fine, and feeling 95%. I then asked if I could get a refill on what I then asked for a refill on what helped me get through this (the dreaded Ivermectin) and he laughed at me and was saying there is no scientific proof it works. Yes I don't have an NP license.... nor an RN... but I do have an MBA which does allow me to look at statistics and data to make a some logical conclusions..... 1. We arrived at the clinic a few minutes before 6:00. I was told there would be a 2 hour wait. I said okay then the rude lady at the front desk tells me I need to come back tomorrow. Obviously patient care is not their priority. I'm assuming they changed their mind to see me due to the fact they close at 8:00. They didn't want to risk being there a few minutes past that time. Completely misdiagnosed by doctor who really didn't seem to care. I was in there 2+ hours for two swab tests. No one came in to check on us, after swab testing, for an hour and a half. My spouse went out of the room to see what the hold up was, as I was in a decent amount of pain at this point. 45 minutes later I make my way out and see the doctor sitting down at his desk. I told my nurse I was ready to go and it was ridiculous waiting over 2 hours for basic "I can do at home" testing. The nurse mustered the doctor from the office and he slowly made his way to me. The doctor originally diagnosed me with stomach flu. I told him the amount of back and chest pain I was having only on the left side of my body and he related it to the stomach flu. No further testing, no x-rays, no blood work. He did not take the amount of pain I was having seriously and guess what? IT IS PNEUMONIA. Please for the love of God get doctors in the building that actually care about their patients and listen to them. They know their bodies feelings better than you do and if they are telling you something is wrong THEN SOMETHING IS WRONG. I pray you don't misdiagnose a child or someone with an immune deficiency whom is unable to fight something off. I wound up in the hospital less than 24 hours later after this "professional medical opinion" with an ER MD questioning the competence of your facilities doctors. Shame on you!!! read more

I know that it is not nice to walk into a place of business near closing hours, but I walked in to this facility desperate to see a doctor because of really bad stomach pains. The lady at the front told me "we close in 9 minutes sir, we can't help you". I explained to her what my situation was, and that I needed to see someone ASAP, and she just flat out refused to even take my name. Your business hours state that you close at 5, I walked in at 4:50, again, I know I that it is annoying as an employee that wants to go home- but you are in medical, your open sign is on, your flags are out, HELP ME! I called a week after taking my test & they told me they had the results but said they'd have to call me back because they're "busy"! It's now been 2 weeks & they've hung up on me 3 times. went in yesterday evening bleeding badly from a cut, ONE CAR in the parking lot and NO ONE in the lobby except for a couple with a very sick 2 year child they wanted to be seen. THEY REFUSED to see the child because it was UNDER 3 yrs old and they also REFUSED to see me cause they do NOT treat cuts or take WALK INS even though their sign on the road in BIG LETTERS walkins welcome. I've made two visits to this location, once for myself and again for my 13 year old daughter. Both times the staf was professional and effecient, short wait times and very happy with the quality of care we both recieved. Honestly, if your in decent health you can use these folks as your primary care resource and have more flexible hours and better care IMO. read more

I understand that this time of year is busy being in healthcare myself. My experience there about two weeks ago was so so. I went in for a bad sinus infection and pink eye. The PA that saw me did a quick exam...I felt rushed. I was given high dose azithromycin. After I thought about it and drove home (I'm from out of town), I called back to get the eye drops. The girl at the front desk, although I told her the situation and which pharmacy to call the drops in to in my city, had the medication called in to the wrong pharmacy. When I called back about it, I was met with "well that's what you told me". How am I supposed to drive an hour and a half to pick up a medication when I live out of town? After medication, 10 days later, I am still not better. I called back and got a nice lady on the phone. I asked for possibly some prednisone and cough syrup, since my cough is bad, esp at night still. I never heard back for 8 hours. When you'd try to call the office, NO ONE WOULD ANSWER BECAUSE "mailbox is full.". My mom even tried to call and got the same thing. What if there was a true emergency? Again? I know that this is a busy time of year, it that's not very professional at all. Plus....why post signs on the door that people must wear a mask on the facility if you don't enforce it and hide the masks behind signs? Am I better? Not 100 percent. It how would they know? I needed stitches last Sunday morning I first went to a different location the one on Westchester. They were having trouble with their computer system and said they could not treat me. They also said that since my injury occurred on Saturday I could not have stitches. But guess what I got at this Eastchester location. Stitches! The staff was friendly and they saw me quickly. My 69 yo mother had fallen and fractured her coccyx last night and was attempting to drive herself to this facility. She lives alone, and I live out of town, so I advised her to go there based on the advertised website hours of being open until 8pm, with no appointment necessary for patient treatment. On her way there, she called to verify the time of closing. That question was eluded and she was told to be there BY 7:30pm. She then turned around and drove herself to the ER. I called back to ask the time of closing and the answer was replicated by "A". I then called again and spoke with "J" who stated that the doctor had already left when my mother originally called at 7:10pm. My mother drove 30 minutes out of her way and was turned away from this facility, without explanation. This is very poor business and patient care, or lack there of. I am at least glad that my mother turned around before she arrived, especially when a doctor wasn't even in the facility during normal business hours. read more
