She is always responsive and available no matter the hour. She is the most well networked doctor I've ever met. My daughter needed to see a plastic surgeon for a birthmark removal and I had trouble getting an appointment. Dr. Weems called the surgeon directly and I had an appointment the next day. I have many more stories like this highlighting the ways she's saved us. Best investment and decision we've made! We only have the best things to say!

Weems has no privileges at suburban hospitals, and has no relationships with any specialist and no ability to get you in any sooner than if you cold called on your own. Most recently, she ghosted us when we asked for post-surgical pain meds for our 11 year-old who had a laceration so deep the tendons in her hand were visible. Ghosted! You can get equivalent or better care at an urgent care clinic from a non-doctor. without having to spend thousands per year for nothing. Not a "concierge" doctor at all, save your money.

I tried to take a relative there on Saturday. It was closed. In fact, this "urgent care" location is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Apparently "urgent" only applies during regular business hours. I tried taking the same relative to this location on Tuesday at 12:30pm. Middle of a week day. No holiday. On Tuesday afternoon, there are no medical staff present. Zero. Zip. None. Nobody. Not because it was lunchtime, and somebody had stepped out for a sandwich. Oh, no. The office was not staffed with any medical professional - not an m.d., not a nurse, not an EMT, not a paramedic, not a CNA. The only employee present was a medical billings person acting as a receptionist. He was very nice and apologetic, and he called another location to see if a medical professional could come over, since an actual sick person had entered the building. I telephoned this company's Merrillville location, and was told Merrillville had two physicians on duty, and that there was about an hour-long wait at that time. I said thank you to the billing person, and I made a couple phone calls and found a real live doctor's office that would see my family member. So, citizens of Hobart, you have an "urgent care" facility that maintains regular office hours only. Which really doesn't matter, because you can't get medical care there anyway. I cannot make this stuff up.

Up front he told me it was not about knees or ankles, but body mechanics. Also told me my back was going to be next. It's not always fun but it works. I have made more progress with him in a few months, than literally years of physical therapy. Thank you Dr. Bach!

I have never injured myself and have spent the last 20 years heavily investing in chiropractic, acupuncture, massage and other forms of body work and supplementation. If you are frustrated with pain and feel stuck or if you want to avoid spending lots of money on other types of body work, I highly recommend seeing James first.
