Her name was Kalessha she works in pulmonology she was aggressive , rude and unhinged. She made me extremely uncomfortable I've never been spoken to that way by anyone at a doctors office. Her behavior was very alarming and violent. She also advised me that there was nothing wrong with me.

It took a while to come out of it. Thankfully she was transferred here. She couldn't get up & walk on her own. The nurses & staff are amazing. Their PT department is amazing. The facility has many things to get them back to every day life. Ramps, a makeshift car, etc. Occupational therapy too. Attentive, caring people. After coming home, she is returning here for more therapy on the first floor for another month. She's doing great.

If I wanted to be misdiagnosed and dismissed, I could've just asked Google and saved myself the time and frustration. At this point, I would trust a veterinarian more than the so-called "medical professionals" working here. At least vets have experience treating multiple species and seem to have a better grasp of basic healthcare than this disaster of a clinic. I had a great experience with Irene Torres. I got bit by a dog just above my lip. I had to get 7…read morestitches. I was very worried about getting them taken out because I know it can be very painful because I knew how tight the stitches were and how sensitive the area was. I went in to get them removed, and she told me originally to wait another day or two, but when I told her how concerned I was about who did it, she called me back to tell me that she had contacted the other NP that would be there that day to ask her how she felt about removing the stitches, and she didn't feel comfortable doing it. Irene researched the amount of time needed to leave the stitches in to make sure it would be ok to remove them that day, and said that I would be fine to come back that day while she was there. It showed how much she truly cares about her patients. She did an excellent job with the removal, and I had very little pain. I was so relieved to have them out, and it's still healing up nicely. Irene has years of experience, is very kind and does a great job. CVS is lucky to have her! Thanks again!

Went to one doctor who pushed for an MRI, and then never got back to me. Waited a few months and decided to head here (Pinnacle) and give them a go. Was in so much pain at the time that I couldn't even sit down without tears welling up. Standing at an always angle was my only relief. They saw this. They knew this. This visit occurred around spring time 2025 I went in, did the routine, signed a waiver to release my MRI to them, and got some blood work scheduled for a little later on. Left very hopeful and optimistic with how genuinely invested the doctor seemed to be in fixing me. Gave me a lot of info. I never heard back from Pinnacle. No follow up, no "hey we have your MRI results and this is what they show", no emails, no calls/voicemails, not even a letter. Nothing. Pinnacle ghosted me. The lack of follow up and being all around a caring and professional healthcare organization is not the reason for the single star rating however. The rating comes from the fact that nobody got back to me, yet I OWED THEM MONEY. I paid my copay, and thought that was it. Next thing I know, I have a collections agency calling me about a debt stemming from my visit here at pinnacle. Had absolutely no knowledge of it. And when I called, I got a woman with a nasty attitude basically telling me I'm an idiot because they always send out PAPER MAIL about money owed. So not only did I not get a letter at all, but in 2025, you can't CALL ME OR EMAIL ME WHEN YOU HAVE MY INFO?? This came at the perfect time too, because I was just recently laid off from work. So now my credit will take a hit because I NOW don't have the $300 I could've paid off months ago Nice place inside, but absolute trash. Would never recommend. The Drs seem to be great diagnosticians and will give you more answers and treatments than any area ER (in our experience) Sometimes there was a bit of a wait (like when we got her back xray) but I expect that being a small location. Im just super glad they offer that service there at all as opposed to going to the ER. Weve seen 3 different doctors there and they were all women who listened when my daughter advocated for herself/I advocated/explained for her and even gave some tips on a possible underlying issue to look into with her PCP. everyone is friendly and I can tell they genuinely enjoy working there. My daughter is especially more comfortable there because they seem to have mostly (if not all) female providers. You can always follow up on your care with a phone call to ask questions or gain clarification vs. making another appointment! Highly recommend!
