PA said I needed ultrasound to check for DVT. Put a request in for one. Called today and couldn't get an appointment for a week. My wife suggested I care. Got there at 2:15 today, by 3:30 , I had ultrasound done and Dr. Reviewed results with me! Great service and people. .

I got hit hard by some illness recently and was feeling all sorts of blah. I went in here and signed in to be seen. That part was fairly quick. The being seen part took well over an hour for me to get to the back and actually be seen by someone. I waited in the waiting room and watch as everyone before me got back there at a snail's pace. Some people really were only in the back for like five minutes and it still took an hour for me to get back there. When I was back there they did the normal things like taking my vitals, getting any allergies written down, and what medications I was taking already. I just wanted confirmation of what I had. And I had to still wait. They tested me for both the flu and COVID. They both came back negative in office, but told me the COVID test would also need to be sent out to be certain. I was basically told that I had a virus, but they do not know which virus. A few days later I received a call telling that the test came back negative. But they waited until after they sent me an email with the same information. I didn't get a bill, yet. But after reading some of these reviews, I'm just waiting to see what they are going to hit me with. They didn't take a copay or anything, even though I know I have a copay. So, yeah, I am just waiting.

Prime Care Providers ( PCP ) Richland…read more I recently required medical treatment for various worsening medical issues. Some of which I found myself with questions. I went to see Dr Matse Prime Care Providers ( PCP) in Richland. I want to stress that I've been seeing Dr Matse since approximately 2003. He'd always been very caring, concerned, compassionate and empathetic. Providing care from first visit, through testing and completing a plan of care for the problem until resolved. This visit was very far from his usual bedside manner. To the point he was rude, refused to communicate directly with me even following information from an ER visit that recommended I see my PCP within 3 days. When I called his nurse she said that I have an appt in a month and he said wait until then. Upon further requests to speak with him then, she again said wait till next month. This is not the Dr Matse I've known all these years. Is it he or his staff who've forgotten the patient comes first. As a physician provide care until issue resolves or at least the patient feels they've received satisfactory treatment with the care, compassion and empathy a Dr took his oath to provide. Or is it the nurse that did not communicate the information I'd requested her to provide him? I'd given her additional information related to test findings, ER visit, and related family history that I do not think he was given as the old Dr Matse would have called me to discuss these issues or at least made an appointment for me to come in to further investigate my concerns relating to my being totally debilitated and having to miss work as I'm unable to walk or navigate stairs. I'm well aware of changes related to insurance coverage and the hectic days he puts in and that I'm not his only patient. I just don't know if it's worn him down through the years to this point, but now after all these years I'm in search of a new PCP because I need care and answers.
