The pharmacist says "Oh, I can see why she must need this medication" regarding an anti-depressant. I'm so upset, I can't even put it into words. It wasn't the only comment like that, but it was the worst in my opinion. CVS really needs to either close this location or at least let the people working December 30, 2024 at 5:30 pm go. If you forget something like shaving cream, it's the spot to go. There is a Walgreens across the street, and they didn't have nearly as many items as this location did. They also have tons of souvenirs in the front of the store, and they are reasonably priced. Other reviews have complaints about the pharmacy section, but I didn't utilize it so I can not say. Otherwise, it is an easy spot to grab needed items when staying locally.

We were seated at a high top table and bench seat. When we got ready to leave, I stepped down off the bench and turned my left ankle. I heard it POP!! We went to the condo and I iced my ankle and then soaked my left foot in the tub with ice . I could not put any weight on my left foot! Tuesday morning, My foot/ankle felt numb and the bottom & side of my foot hurt and was swollen. We got to promptcare at 10am. The doctor had the technician do x-rays of my left ankle and foot. The doctor said it'd take the radiologist at at least another hour to read the x-rays, she hated for for me to wait any longer. She wrapped my ankle / foot with an ace bandage, then fitted me for a boot to wear. It was very cumbersome ! She said, they would call me later today with the results of the x-rays, whether my ankle was broken or not. At 3:15pm, Medquick called, she said, the radiologist said, I fractured my ankle(avulion fracture). She said, I needed to wrap my ankle at night to sleep in and wear the boot during the day for at least 6 weeks. She said, once we got home to follow up with my orthopedic surgeon. I had my orthopedic appt., Tues., 6/30/26. They did x-rays of my ankle. My orthopedic doctor said, he didn't see where it was fractured but wants me to wear an ankle brace and go back in 2 weeks for more x-rays to make sure there's not a hair-line fracture. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE! How can the radiologist from Palm Coast, FL, Medquick, read the x-rays and say that I have an avulion fracture and my orthopedic surgeon do x-rays and there's NO fracture? It's not going to heal in a week! Wed., 7/1/26- My husband called Medquick this morning to see if they would transfer my x-rays of my ankle and foot to a disk and send them to us? He was told, NO! We would have to go and pick them up at the Medquick. He told them that was out of the question? We are 6 hours away. He ask is they could take a picture of the text x-rays and send that to him? They said NO, the only way they could be released was for us to go to the office and pick them up! Asinine!

I wait for about 20min and I decide to get up and talk to one of the pharmacy workers, it was a young lady with headset. Playing bad bunny in the background which I love but , it is unprofessional to have that kind of music. I tell her why I was there and all she tells me is "they decided not to show up, sorry." And walks away. Not willing to try and see what other options I have or redirect me. It is a very "not my problem" kind of vibe which is something shameful of my generation that I'm not proud of. I hope customer service gets better. Also website did not mention there would be no physicians. Now I have been waiting two months for a medication on back order. It was ordered in two doses, the starting dose and the next dose up. I got a text message that it was ready for pick up, but it did not specify the dose. When the first girl brought it up, it was the higher dose. I explained to her that two doses had been ordered and I actually needed to start with the lower dose, and asked the status of that one. She hands me over to someone else, who then comes up for me to explain again. He then brings over the pharmacist, who was completely condescending. He comes to "explain" to me that I cannot start with the higher dose and that I have to follow my prescribers instructions, even though that is exactly what I had been saying to the associates in the first place. I tell him that I am very aware of that, since that is why I asked his associate the status of the starting dose. The associate then chimes in to say that they will have to order it... when supposedly it's already been on order for the past two months. When I was understandably frustrated, the pharmacist just walks away clearly not caring at all. I don't care if I have to drive out of my way to go somewhere else. This place isn't worth it.
