The only complaint I have is they are not great at sending in prescriptions. Usually this isnt an issue, I just call the clinic and they ship it over to my pharmacy within half an hour. This time was very different. I went there yesterday with an appointment time of 1, for a sore throat. Tested positive for strep, and was told they'd ship over an antibiotic prescription. I was very sick, and went home after the appointment, because I couldnt stay awake. I woke up this morning, and went to my pharmacy just after they opened, about 930am. No prescription. I call the office and am told the practioners are busy, and will get back to me. I call an hour later, same story. I call 2 hours later, same story. I call again around 4:30 in the afternoon, and the lady says she'll look into it and get back to me. It's been almost 20 minutes, and still no call back. Im at my wits end.

I informed the young lady before I left why I was leaving, this isn't unpresidential service and I felt singled out, when I go to the other Urgent care, I plan to write another review hopefully not in this context, this was at 4515 Coors Blvd, sincerely

Although they were closing at 6, the receptionist encouraged us to come in, no appointments-first come, first serve. We arrived at 5:35. By the time we were seen, 15 min later, our insurance was contacted and approved and a lab test was run. The nursing assistant was professional and personable. The physician assistant (I think Donna) was remarkable: caring, took her time ( said she had plenty of time although 10 minutes away from closing and Thanksgiving ), looked at the lab results, physically examined him, took a thorough history. He did in fact have an infection. She ordered an antibiotic and sent it to Walgreens by our hotel. She encouraged us to call or return shoulder we have questions or problems. We gratefully left at 6:15 and my husband is feeling great!

I made an appointment Monday and was seen Wednesday. They emailed me the paperwork which I was able to do prior to the visit, greatly reducing my time there. The staff quickly processed my paperwork and got me into thr exam room in no time. I needed a small surgical procedure, which was rapidly accomplished, with minimal pain or discomfort. My RX meds were emailed in and I was soon ready to leave. The total time spent there was an hour! The staff is friendly and professional, and CNP Piseth Knight was amazing. I've procrastinated seeking medical care for several years and have neglected myself. She didn't nag, or heap the guilt on. She just treated me and let me know we'll fix things over time. We asked her a question regarding the cost of possibly getting additional tests on our son i.e. flu or Covid, when she offered if we wanted the test, and she completely brushed us off saying that's through our insurance and moved on. From the moment she walked into the room she wasn't hospitable at all.
