I find it hard to believe that a place with the name Patient First treats their patients in this manner. Being sick and unable to come to the doctor the day you are unable to come in should not be held against you. If patients are unable to go to work due to illness the doctor should believe them. Came for a COVID test on a Thursday morning…read more I went on the website on Tuesday - registered and specified my date to come in and time. I was called that evening and confirmed my appt. This location is on the 2nd floor, right above the IHOP. Free parking I went in and filled out a short questionnaire and waited my turn to be called in. The clipboard will tell you the number of which you will be called. I was #5 by the time I walked in. You specify which type of test you want. I wanted the rapid test. The nurse swabbed me and I was on my way. They send you the results in email, and she said it may take up to the end of the day. I went in the back for my test @ 820 and had my results an hour later. There was also a guy who walked in for testing. He had to fill out the registration form and then wait. By that time, he was the only one in the office. I recommend for all covid testing!!!!!

I called to speak to an on call Dr or Nurse to know if i needed to schedule an appt for Monday coming or simply head to the ER. I called 3019534574 as directed by the prompt. I was connected to what sounded like an older woman. Now again, endometriosis causes severe sometimes excruciating pain to the point where i can stand let alone raise my voice. Instead of asking for my DOB as usual she begins to in a sarcastic tone ask me other questions. So i attempt to answer but she says "i can't hear u" so i give her my information. She then states "what number can you be called back in?" Why would i call to speak to an on call Dr or Nurse only to be told i need to have a call back? She then proceeds to raise her voice at me so i hung up because the pain is enough. I replaced the call and simply asked to speak to someone above her and she proceeds to step all the way out of her character but got upset when i told her i would be reporting this. The fact that she screamed "I AM THE SUPERVISOR" made it all the more unprofessional. I work in healthcare. Veterinary and Human alike. I dint even treat animals like this. If a patient is calling to speak to an on call Physician clearly there is an issue to be resolved. I will be contacting every corporate office possible because this is beyond disgusting behavior.

Writing this review to help others plan for timing. When I visited, it was very busy. Despite…read moremaking an appointment online (which helps you skip the line) my estimated wait time was 3 hours. The staff was very helpful and recognized the long wait. They told me the best time to come is right at opening, as the later in the day appointments have been pushed causing longer wait times. I ended up going to another location due to the wait so cannot speak to the medical treatment.
