Store was very clean and the employees were so nice! The pharmacy tech gave my son a sticker and a lollipop. She was very engaging.

She tested her for flu and strep throat and was very kind and thorough. Since we already took a Covid test that day at home, we didn't get a Covid test. Khusbu gave us a prescription for an X-ray to screen for pneumonia because she thought that all symptoms pointed to it. The next day, I took Sandy to Westchester Hospital for the Xray. Today I stopped by the Little Clinic to see if the results were in. Shawna (whose last name I don't know but I think that it begins with a K) was the nurse practitioner on duty. I asked about Sandy's results. She told me that they hadn't come yet. So, she then called the hospital and inquired about the results. The person there told Shawna that she needed to send over a fax which Shawna did immediately. Shawna then asked me about my daughter's symptoms and her most recent fever - which was 101 today. She then gave me a prescription for antibiotics and checked for the results once again before I left. Their nurse practitioners gave my child top-notch service. I am very happy with The Little Clinic.

Great care by service providers. I would say it's a great place to deal with your needs with peace…read morewhile the staff makes accommodations for you. Was it a perfect experience? No., but I'd say nothing in this life it's perfect. They helped me when I had gotten robbed out of town and my phone n GPS were no longer an option to get back home.

Absolutely awful. They over prescribed me serious anti psychotic medication, which made me sleep…read morealmost the entire day, which was very pointless as med time is extremely early in the morning. They physically had to shake me for several minutes to get me up for lunch and dinner because I could not keep my eyes open. I honestly wish my husband could have taken a photo or video while they came for a visit because I was clearly extremely out of it due to this med being over prescribed or simply too much for my body. The "doctor" who only spoke to me for a total of 1 minute, maybe, did not find issues with that at all, even though I am a MOTHER and need to be able to stay away throughout the day. Duh? I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I felt the affects of being overdosed for months after this two almost 3 week stay. I guarantee they try to hold Medicaid patients longer. I was admitted in July of 2025. That doctor does not give a CRAP about a single patient. Showing off his Gucci belt daily, cutting you off, putting his computer directly in front of your face so they wont have to , god forbid..look you in the face as they're cashing out from your drugging? I will say, the lady who supervised my visit with my husband was a very nice lady. Kind and made me feel safe and heard. Thank you to her. F you beckett springs, fully.
