The lovely women who saw me today were Shannon and Cherly Wormington. Both were such kind and professional people, and I appreciate their patients hearing what I had to say and answering whatever questions I had. ^__^ Their lobby, bathrooms, and room I was designated to were well kept and comfy, which I also appreciate very much! Cleanliness is so important in so many levels! I strongly recommend this cute little clinic in Blue Springs. I'll definitely return for services in the future if I ever need it!

Otherwise, you're better off going to an urgent care facility. They can get busy at times, and the last few times we've gone the wait has been around 20 minutes.

After 3 years apparently you're discarded and considered a new patient, and every PCP office I called within the Lees Summit and surrounding areas either aren't accepting new patients or they're not scheduling new patient appointments for a minimum of 5-8 months, leaving me without help after severely injuring my back, I was in so much pain, and I needed immediate care, so I made a same day appointment (on a Sunday) at NextCare Urgent Care is Lees Summit (off of McBaine Drive), and they exceeded my expectations in every way. First, you can make an appointment online, and they honor those appointments (no matter how many walk-ins are there before you.) In addition I have received exceptional care. I've been twice in the last 2 weeks, and have had to call in multiple times. They are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. From the front desk (who is also the R.T./x-ray tech), to the nurse who was so kind, caring and helpful, to the Dr/FNP Thomas Sims, I have received excellent care. I cannot say enough great things about them. If you need immediate care (that doesn't require going to the ER) I encourage you to make an appointment with NextCare Urgent Care in Lee's Summit. You will not be disappointed.

They stuck me in this room in a corner & have been ignoring me this whole time. I'm nauseous, dizzy & in massive pain. I hit my head on the corner of my dresser, after tripping over my Velcro cat. I have a history of a minor concussion & this feels the same but worse. Hell, it took an act of Congress to get someone to turn off the light!!! It's a good thing I'm not having a heart attack or a stroke or something like that, because I would've already died by now & no one would even know judging by how often they're checking on me. Just now FINALLY talked to a doctor & now I'm waiting on zofran & something for pain, but I had to raise Hell just to see a doctor after nothing & almost no one FOR 3 FREAKING HOURS!!!! My advice??? Don't come here unless you want to leave via the morgue!! For God's sake, don't let your loved ones come here if you really care about them . Select what you're there for, scan the front and back of your drivers license and insurance card then select the appointment time (which was within 5 minutes). Check in took less than 2 minutes. I was called back in 3, so less than 5 total minutes between checkin and being seen. The actual draw was was simple and painless. Less than 20 mins in and out. My results were back in 3 business days.
