I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.

I have no issue with Dr Kuhn at all. He is knowledgeable and answered all my questions, had me come back for a foot x-ray the next week and we would schedule the outpatient surgery. The problem was I could not get the proper follow up with the scheduling nurse. I left a voice message on her phone twice in two weeks with no call back. The second call in the second week, I got a person who answered the phone and told her why I had called and asked that the scheduling nurse call me. A couple days later, I received the call and got the procedure scheduled as needed with the promise she would call the week of surgery to explain what medicine to avoid before surgery, what shoes to wear or if a surgery shoe would be provided, and so on. People, with doctors and their staff, you have to advocate for yourself is all I can recommend for this particular office. Doctor: good, Staff: too busy to follow up.

I guess it's one of those necessities of life that if you have to go, go somewhere where they treat you right. My family has been seeing Dr. Christian and his staff for over 8 years. We have had no complaints! In fact, we really like the office staff and enjoy our interactions. With kiddos ranging in age from 11 - 19, who were quite younger when we started using this office, we've been through the gamut of dental service needs. Dr. Christian and his staff have been great! Our dental hygienists are all very sweet and always seem to remember details from previous conversations. They show a genuine interest in each patient, their personal stories, on top of managing their oral health. Their internal relationships are warm as well as they celebrate life events and share their joy with patients. Truly a warm, family environment. Dr. Christian is always complimentary of his staff and is an authentic character in the office. Although he is busy bouncing from chair to chair, he saves the rushing for the "ins" and "outs" and not for his time at the chair. He checks for understanding regarding every aspect of the visit and has a gentle touch when completing oral procedures. So why four stars and not five? I sure miss the gas! My previous dentist offered gas for longer procedures and this office chooses not to use it. The use of gas might get my husband into the chair more regularly as well! He likes everyone but not quite enough to overcome his distaste of dental work! :) I highly recommend this office and I appreciate their world class service approach.
