In the end (after a 2 min conversation) she told me she can't help me and I need to find another doctor. She was extremely rude and just mean. I got the impression she is used to dealing with issues she can quickly diagnose/resolve which I should've figured since the business is called "Walk-in clinic" but she is listed as a primary care provider for Tricare and was closest to me. It is very sad that she is an approved primary provider for Tricare recipients. We all deserve better. The funny thing is she has so many accolades (all over 10 years old) posted throughout the office. Makes me wonder if some people in her profession lose their ability to be empathetic. Also, there is only one person working the front of the office which was a huge mess of piles of paperwork everywhere, very unorganized which made me afraid of how they'd handle referrals and other important processes. They are also just behind the times in their processes. I do not recommend this place unless you want to walk out in tears like I did. Truly an unbelievable experience, felt like I was being pranked for a second. Just run the other way.

After over three years, I'm still seeing my endocrinologist here and I still receive great care and…read moreservice. Plenty of parking out front with accessible spaces near the entrance and an accessible entrance. Regardless of who you were seeing you stop at the main desk downstairs to check in. There is almost always multiple people here and they're very fast and efficient. My doctor is on the second floor and you have a choice between the elevator or the staircase. These days I opt for the staircase because my doctors want me exercising as much as possible. It's never a long wait for me as they always bring me in right around my actual appointment time. Everyone is professional and courteous, and the doctor and their staff all listen to what I have to say. My appointments are fairly short as my care is very well managed these days. Even though this doctor is now almost an hour drive for me. I still find it worthwhile to make the trip for the quality of Care.

I was scheduled for an MRI and was told by the scheduler that my appointment was at 11:00 a.m. I…read morearrived at 10:45 a.m., only to be told by the front desk employee, Brinsley, that I was actually "too early" because my appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. She also informed me that the imaging department was running approximately 45 minutes behind schedule. At that point, Brinsley gave me two options: wait in the office or "come back in an hour." Those were her exact words. To make sure I understood correctly, I repeated them back to her and said, "I will come back in an hour." She did not correct me or indicate that returning in an hour would jeopardize my appointment. I returned at 11:45 a.m., exactly one hour after I had spoken with her. Instead of checking me in, Brinsley informed me that because I was "late" for my 11:30 appointment, she would have to ask the imaging department whether they could still see me. I reminded her that she had specifically told me to "come back in an hour" and that she had also explained the department was already running significantly behind schedule. Despite this, she continued insisting that I had missed my appointment. After waiting several more minutes, Brinsley informed me that my appointment would have to be rescheduled. In other words, I lost my MRI appointment because I followed the instructions given to me by the very employee responsible for checking patients in. What made this experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of accountability. At no point did Brinsley acknowledge that she had provided incorrect or misleading instructions. She never apologized for the confusion, accepted any responsibility for the situation, or made any meaningful effort to resolve the problem. Instead, I was simply offered another appointment two weeks later, which I am unable to attend. I also attempted to contact a supervisor or manager to discuss what had happened, but as of this review, I have not received a return call. That lack of follow-up only reinforced my impression that customer service and patient care are not priorities at this location. Scheduling an MRI often involves coordinating work schedules, transportation, referrals, and sometimes weeks of waiting. To have an appointment canceled because I followed the directions given by the front desk is completely unacceptable. Patients deserve accurate information, professionalism, and accountability when mistakes occur. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my confidence in this facility. I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for imaging services in the Clermont area. I sincerely hope AdventHealth provides better training for its front desk staff so that other patients do not have to experience the same level of frustration and inconvenience that I did.

I came in dizzy and told them and security immediately got me a wheelchair and they rushed me right In (I was severely dehydrated). I was put into a room with no wait at all. The designs, decor and ambiance of this place and the room are so relaxing and I was shocked because as someone who hates hospitals or urgent cares I felt safe and relaxed here. The nurses and doctors were great! They all listened to me, heard me, helped me, were understanding when they knew I was there far away from home and felt alone while being sick and needed help. They did indeed take my state insurance which was perfect. They did give me a beautiful room- that has a light setting, a huge tv and will play calming music- it makes for a very nice stay. You don't feel like you're trapped in an ER with loud noises and screaming patients. You didn't get that here- you simply got quiet and the care you needed. This place is extremely clean! And I would 1000% recommend!

We researched emergency rooms and AdventHeath at Flamingo Crossing had very high ratings. She was upset, in pain, and crying, so we rushed her to the ER. It wasn't the closest, but it was the most positively reviewed - and I wanted the best for my mom since she was so scared and hurting. As soon as we pulled up in the rental car, an employee came dashing out with a wheelchair, ready to help. They took her back while my hubby and I filled out paperwork and the security forms. This is a very safe and secure facility: they photograph everyone who comes in and they also check I.D. This made me feel very safe, especially since it was around 11 pm at night. I went back to check on my mom and I was blown away with how nice the exam room was! They even had mood lighting and music, and it was Disney themed. Periodically, Ariel and Flounder would "swim" by on the wall. This calmed her a lot, and I could see it really helping children who found themselves in an ER. It did take a while for mom to get seen, but the quality of doctors was excellent. Most of them were quite young, but they didn't seem inexperienced. After a couple of hours, then took her out for x-rays. The X-ray room was great, too! It had magical "twinkling" stars on the ceiling, and a teddy bear to just bring joy. Again, this would be excellent for kids. As I was talking to one of the nurses, he told me that everyone on staff must attend and graduate a Disney class in customer service. It was almost like the staff was picked from cast members, they were SO GOOD. Overall, we were in the ER for around 4.5 hours, leaving around 3 am. It did take a while, but I feel like my mom got excellent care. They gave her a sling and pain meds, which they called in and we had filled at the Publix pharmacy right by our hotel. The staff made it as easy as they could in what was a very unfortunate situation. Nobody wants to get hurt on vacation, but this ER really, really helped make a bad situation much better. Highly recommended.
