If there is one area of improvement is to clearly indicate that the imaging center is located at the back of the building. We parked at the front of the building and was redirected to walk around outside to the back. If someone who was dropped off was in serious pain, this would have been an uncomfortable walk.

So I told the pharmacist that administers the vaccines that I was having trouble. She told me to sign in as a new patient. The kiosk was not working so I told her again. She said we are fully booked today, to just wait it out for an appointment. So basically she wants me to wait with a 2yr old all day until something opens up? That's absurd. She then suggests to ask a cvs pharmacist that administers vaccines only to 12yrs and up. And I say politely they are only licensed to vaccinate 12yrs and up. My son is 2. She then says you can try to ask still. So im frustrated at This point because she has horrible bedside manner and is very unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. I go over to the pharmacy side and ask the pharmacist for some help on the kiosk and for other options that they can help me with since minute clinic was being very unhelpful. Pharmacist at cvs on other side says the same thing I told the minute clinic staff they are not permitted to do that. So I told them that minute clinic suggested I come to this side (which basically translates to ask a cvs pharmacist that is UNLICENSED TO VACCINATE CHILDREN, to do it for your son) which I feel is a liability for the company but also for any parents that comes into contact with this pharmacist at minute clinic. This lady at minute clinic is a liability period. I decided to not let this person administer anything to my son because of her bad energy, gross negligence and her very dangerous advice to have an unlicensed pharmacist vaccinate my child. Despite that, I ended up waiting 2 hours and 28 minutes to be seen. The waiting area was full of people coughing and sneezing, which made the long wait even more uncomfortable. When I was finally called in, all they did was take my blood pressure and weight -- no blood work, no physical exam, no discussion about how I've been doing on the medication. The doctor spent almost no time with me and did absolutely nothing beyond the basics. It's incredibly frustrating to spend that much time and money just to get a simple refill, with no real medical attention or care provided. The NP even asked me if I "really felt sick " and questioned if I had allergies. She asked me if my eyes "always looked like that?". Whatever that means. Anyway, I work in health care as a doctor of PT. We do frequent red flag screening. Night time sweats/fever/and chills are red flags. This was disregarded by the NP at this clinic. I was indeed suffering from a life threatening illness that was not thoroughly evaluated. I eventually advocated for myself and requested a chest xray from a different medical provider . I ended up having pneumonia.

I went to this urgent care with an appointment this past Wednesday, as I came down with Covid. The…read moreservice I received from each staff member was superb, from the young woman at reception, from the medical assistant Mike, and all the way to the nurse practitioner, Sabine. I was seen promptly, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Mike took my vitals and history, and Sabine saw me right after that. She very gently administered another Covid test to reconfirm the home test that I'd taken, patiently explained all my options when the test showed "positive ", and gave me well thought out prescriptions to help me get back on my feet. Everything was fast, efficient, and pleasant, so I will gladly give credit where credit is due, and state that my experience here was a 10/10!!

And personally followed up on my lab results and called me the next day (on a Saturday) and advised me of the result and changed my antibiotic and sent the script to where I was staying in south Jersey for holiday weekend. I feel 100 percent better!! She was wonderful! There was also a young man there who may have been a med tech and he also got on Phone w lab to get the result before I met with the NP.
