This one is a bit far from my home but they found me an appointment in radiology so here I am . That is what I love about Southwest Medical, you find the care you need even if it means driving a bit further.I love that about them! Convenience with locations all over Las Vegas area and most of their buildings have everything you need in one place. Parking is always plentiful and I've never had an issue with not finding a parking spot that is conveniently by the entrance. I really appreciate being part of Southwest because they have all the doctors and specialists under one roof! This building comes up as Sienna Healthcare on the app but it is a Southwest Medical And Associates building. The office was clean and there is a security information personal in the entrance to answer your questions. The staff here is amazing and they make you feel like they care about your health. They are friendly and professional.

The doctor did bloods and said that I was far sicker than I realized. She sent me next door to the ER. She called ahead and made sure they had all of my paperwork. The nurses were also exceptional. Thank goodness she did. I went downhill fast. I had a burst cyst on my kidney. I was admitted to the ER and I didn't get home until around 4p. The facility is very clean and easy to access. Parking is great too. Will only go here in the future.

However, when I arrived, I was seen by a nurse practitioner instead. I never met or spoke with Dr. Arlene Rillo at that time, and for the next year and a half, all of my care was handled by the nurse practitioner. Throughout that period, I frequently had to follow up regarding medications, referrals, and other healthcare needs. Communication with the office was consistently difficult. Calls often went directly to voicemail, and it regularly took several days to receive a return call--if one came at all. On one occasion, after nearly a week of trying to reach the office by phone, I had to go there in person just to address an issue. Even then, I was given assurances that were never followed through on. Recently, I scheduled an appointment for a medication review and a new referral, which was the first time I actually met Dr. Arlene Rillo. Unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing. I found her communication style to be dismissive and confrontational. Whenever I attempted to explain information or recommendations I had received from other physicians, I was repeatedly interrupted before I could finish speaking. I did not feel heard, respected, or included in the discussion about my own healthcare. My overall experience with this practice has been frustrating. Between the ongoing communication issues, difficulty obtaining timely follow-up, and my interaction with Dr. Arlene Rillo I did not feel that I received the level of care or professionalism I expected. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other providers if you value responsive communication, respectful interactions, and collaborative patient care.

My only complaint is the waiting area is a bit tight. They do have another waiting area but it is also small. The staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating, especially since I had my little humans with me. They were patient and made the whole visit quick and stress-free. Best of all, it only took one poke, always a win! Fast, kind, and efficient service every time. I'll definitely keep coming back whenever I need lab work done.

The waiting room was at standing room only, it's usually like that, but the line moved quickly. I had an appointment, so I did not wait long. The receptionist was very friendly, as was the entire staff in the reception area. The nurse/phlebotomist who drew my blood, LENA, was down to earth; she was very gentle and made the blood draw almost painless. The bathroom was clean, as well as the waiting room, reception area and exam room The next day the results were in and sent to my PCP. Good positive experience overall.

He was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely focused on getting to the root of what was going on. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all necessary tests were done. Two weeks prior, I had gone to St. Rose Hospital for the exact same pain and was told it was esophageal spasms without much testing. The pain went away the next day, but when it came back two weeks later, it was a full 10/10. When I explained this to Dr. Leavit, he told me that esophageal spasms are very difficult to definitively diagnose and that he wanted to run a full workup to be sure we weren't missing anything. I am so grateful he did. It turned out to be my gallbladder, and it needed to be removed. I was told it was close to rupturing, and catching it when they did likely prevented a much more serious situation. I was there for several hours before being admitted to Henderson Hospital, and although there was an emergency situation that caused some delays, the team kept me informed every step of the way. An administrative staff member checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I don't remember my nurse's name, but he was equally amazing--kind, attentive, and compassionate. He made sure I had everything I needed during a long stay from about 8 PM to 3 AM. The entire time, I felt cared for, seen, and supported. It was clear that the team genuinely wanted to find answers, not just treat symptoms. I can't say enough good things about the care I received here.

I went there for blood tests, and not only…read moredid they completely lose my results, but I only found out because my doctor had to personally call and ask about them. They claimed they had no record of my collection at all! When you arrive at the lab, there's no assistant to check you in, no one to guide you, and their phone line is useless -- no one ever answers. After all this, they still had the nerve to send me a bill to pay at home, even though I never got my results. This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. If you value your health, your time, and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

Once you arrive, you sign in at one of their kiosks. You're supposed to be able to show a QR code you received with your appointment confirmation, but it had problems with that & we had to have it scan our drivers license. I do miss seeing someone at a desk, greeting you & helping you sign in, but those days are gone I suppose. I had no sooner signed in & was helping the Mrs with hers, when a phlebotomist came out calling my name. Now that's fast! I usually have problems with blood draws (I've walked out with punctures on both arms & the back of my hand) but not here. One quick poke & it was in & vials were getting filled. The Mrs did have problems with her paperwork which did cause complications, but not the fault of Quest. A quick call to our doctor (& you know how quickly they answer the phone) & a new set was faxed over. This location is clean with a friendly, helpful staff. If you have to have blood draws, an unpleasant experience at best, this is a great place to get i
