Unacceptable experience with MinuteClinic. I visited this MinuteClinic and was charged for a service that required a refund. Since then, I have called multiple times to follow up. Each time I call, I receive different and conflicting information. At first, I was told the refund would take 5 business days. Later, representatives changed the timeline multiple times, and on my most recent call I was told it could take 46 weeks, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, several phone representatives have been rude and dismissive, and I feel I've been misled repeatedly just to get me off the phone. This is unacceptable for a healthcare service. I would not recommend MinuteClinic to anyone based on this experience. read more

I arrived at the clinic as a walk in at 6:40pm. For reference, they close at 7:30pm. There was one person ahead of me being seen already and no one else was waiting. I tried signing in at the kiosk but it wouldn't let me so I decided to wait to speak with the provider. The provider and patient come out finished with their appointment at 6:55. I asked if I could be seen for a physical and she proceeded to tell me that I cannot be seen because there is a patient with an appointment at 6:50 (who wasn't even there yet). I asked her to see me instead since I was there and they were not and she said no. Then she said they were closed (which they were not) and that she'd been there since 8am, as if I'm supposed to feel bad for her when she's literally there to do her job and they are still open. She was obviously lying and just wanting to leave early, which is so unprofessional, especially as a doctor. read more

If you book an appointment, the place is pretty smooth. You get in on time or even early. Some of the protocol was just confusing. They have you check in on a computer and ask you to put your credit card on file in case you need to be charged for what your insurance doesn't cover. Made sense. But then later I got a bill in the bill I needed to pay. I thought you would just charge it? Then I try to pay it online and they said I had to come in and pay it. So in other words, make another trip. Came in for multiple injections and had to give my information all over again including insurance card each time. Think they should work on keeping things more organized to not waste time. Make it more "minute" clinic. Staff was friendly however that was THE most painful flu shot I'd ever had in my life. The nurse did one of those "momentum" sticks where she did it like she was throwing a dart. And then she said my muscle "jumped" and she hadn't seen that before. Yeah well you were coming at me like a professional sharp shooter it's called a reflex. Shouldn't have been that painful. The TB injections were painful as well. Not sure if they are new or what but never experienced that kind of pain from routine care. read more

I set an appointment for 12:40 a few days ago Their message instructed me to be at their location 15 minutes before my appointment It's currently 1:11 and no one has come out there are 2 appointments before me also asking questions. When we walked up to the front and asked where they were we were told they might be busy or at lunch what's the point of an appointment if they aren't going to uphold the appointment CVS do better!! A little part in the back of the CVS store that is supposed to be an appointment or walk in clinic that is quick, easy & better than a normal Drs office. So we walked in to try and get my mother in law a refill for her thyroid medication (lost in transit by American airlines), pretty simple request really but when we walked in here they could care less. There was only one person waiting but the lady stated that they were fully booked for the day. Say what, what happend to walk in? I guess it's called minute clinic because that's how long they look at you before turning you away! You're better off calling one of those telephone Drs than this place. To call it totally useless would be too kind. Avoid at all costs. read more

Feeling blessed! Life without Health Insurance. I've been struggling with my asthma for weeks now. We don't have health insurance and I was hoping I could manage it on my own, but then I ran out of my nebulizer meds and it was getting worse so in the middle of the third week I thought better go to a clinic. Denise Christensen Hudgens my SIL, recommended CVS Minute Clinic. Although I waited, many minutes, lol, I was able to speak with a doctor, get all the meds I needed, fill my scripts at the CVS pharmacy and was out the door at only $134. We paid cash for everything and pharmacy used a discount card for my meds. Dr Visit: $99 Meds Included: Zpac, Prednisone (oral steroid) and Albuterol Nebulizer Solution (1 months supply, which will las several months.) read more

Dr. Buenaflor is great she helped me in my time of need even though it was time to close. I owe her so much I literally feel as if she saved my life. She definitely saved me from having a very uncomfortable and painful week. She is very personable and understanding I definitely would recommend coming to her! read more

We were in town for a soccer tournament. We thought our teenager just had a cold and some allergies but it got worse quickly. I looked for high rating and least amount of wait time and that is how we ended up( a little out of our way) at this location. We got in at 1:00 on a Saturday and out with 2 prescriptions by 2:00. Dr was patient and thorough and filled prescription right away. Great service and professional, friendly and kind employees. read more

Do not waste your money. The NP Yvette, is very rude and unprofessional. She either doesn't know what she is doing literally or she is just trying to get more money buy sending you for things you don't have. I went in because I had came in contact with pink eye and could barely open my eyes. She put a small card up to my eyes and told me to read the smallest line I could see. When I did this, she told me I was blind. I said well for 1 you have it right next to my face, 2 my eyes are swelled up and there is gross stuff coming out of them, 3 I can see the chart on the wall just fine but I do use reading glasses if I need to read small print like she had on this card. She just said all ok. Then came my blood pressure, which after 15 minutes of telling me how to lower it she decided it wasn't high just border line. Next was my heart she listed to it for a second and said I had a irregular rhythm, asked me did I could feel it beating fast or skipping a beat, I said nope never. She asked did I have shortness of breath or dizziness, again no. She said I need to go to one of their clinics that do ekg tonight. I called a couple and they said if something is wrong with my heart I need to go to ER not another clinic. Got my bill and was charged $124, $25 to get eyes swabbed and $99 for extended visit. It was extended because she is incompetent. Get yourselves a real doctor don't waste your time or money here. read more
