I must update my review after multiple appointments for both myself and my son. The receptionist who I mentioned in my first review (very organized and friendly always remembering your name) walked out after my 5th visit. The next several visits included a different person in training each time. Paired with extremely long hold times, overall an unorganized front office full of Kaos. On my first visit I really liked the PA Trevor, I was excited to finally have a Doctor I liked after 12 years of searching (which Is why I returned initially) . Unfortunately, I never saw Trevor again. Each visit is a take who/what you get! Once your called back to a room it's a guessing game...who's behind door #3...? You'll wait in a room and have zero idea who the provider will be on any particular day. This creates no relationship or history with your provider. This office feels like a cattle call/urgent care. Although, don't expect anything to be easy afterward. Receiving a report via a phone call, needing records forwarded or god forbid your own records printed! Overall I consider this vibe an older urgent care clinic -whether you have an appointment or not. read more

This place is horrible. I made an appointment over a month ago. I asked if they were contracted with HPN. They said they are contracted. Today I get a call from an employee asking if I was self pay or insurance. Keep in mind I had given all that information when I made appointment. When I told her insurance HPN, she tells me she had to ask her manager. She comes back to the phone and states they "NO LONGER WANT" to take commercial insurance. I asked for the manager her name is ANA. She said she would see what she could do and call me back in 2 hours as I am almost out of my medication. Well as you all should know how horrible they are, I DID NOT GET A CALL BACK. MY INSURANCE EVEN SENT ME A LETTER STATING THEY ARE ON MY INSURANCE. read more

Dr Yoon Cho is our primary care doctor for my wife and me. She is a doctor of osteopathic medicine as well as an MD. It was her specialty in osteopathic medicine that made me seek her out. I cannot praise her enough. Since seeing her my weight dropped from 216 to 145 and my medications have been cut in half. It's always a pleasure to visit her because it's like talking to a dear, close friend. She listens and offers sage advice and she is never criticizing. The office experience is wonderful. She keeps her appointments on schedule and leaves time to thoroughly evaluate your needs. read more

If you thought they were bad before, get ready for it to be 2x worse with their intermountain merge. Now it's IMPOSSIBLE to contact them directly and you have to deal with an outsourced customer service centre that is unable to find the providers at this location. Say goodbye to same-day referrals because now it's all processed by an outside company's referral department which can take weeks and guess what? They won't be able to look up the providers you see because even after months they're still not in the database. I always try to stay with the same providers but I think I'll be paying their stupid records fee and changing to somewhere else that can see you when you're actually sick and not eight months out. read more

PA's are excellent but staff leaves a lot to be desired. I am a patient but my wife wanted to go there in since former PCP retired. She is on Medicare with a Medigap Supplement policy. Can't convince them that they have to accept her since she's on Medicare but they are focused on Supplemental carrier which is from Teacher Retirement Board in PA. Can't convince them that they must accept her since they accept Medicare and supplemental insurer is not their concern. They seem to have it confused with a Medicare Advantage Plan. Trying to make an appointment with my doctor, called 4 times but no one answers. It goes to voice mail but tells me the box 3 has not been set up. Call back and select office manager(8) as it dictates, but it proceeds to tell me this is an invalid selection. I call back for the 5th time and finally get a response. Why is this always a chore trying to get a phone response(calling at 10:30 am on a weekday, just FYI)? I always call during business hours and this is always the case. Dr. M P. Singh, MD 100 N Green Valley Pkwy #310, Henderson, NV 89074 Saw Dr, he put a new prescription but didn't write the instructions so the pharmacy would not fill. Call Wednesday and spoke to medical assistant, he said he would call the pharmacy right afterwards but didn't. Call to check on the prescription to see if it was taken care of on Thursday. Was towed no communication was done from the doctors office.. Called again to the doctors office Genesis office, left a message at the medical assistance and then turn around The front guest was put on hold for over 12 minutes and then was transferred to the medical assistance where it was another recording called back, asked to speak to a manager or the Doctor No manager in the office. The doctor wasn't there, but was transferred to the managers voicemail, which I doubt I'll hear from them, I guess I just won't have my medicine. Very sad service. The carpet is shameful! Patients already feel ill, and this environment makes one feel worst. Like not worthy of the dignity of a clean presentable office. I feel bad the employees have to work around this interior disaster. The health department needs to come here. This is my 5th time here, it if just worse than the last visit. If I could rate them with less than 1 star, I would! Dr. Kahn decided to not provide me with a vacation subscription for my anxiety medication. I thought this was very unethical and unprofessional given the fact that we were, at the Time, deeply entrenched in the COVID pandemic. I would not recommend this Medical Group to anyone. The entire staff is inept. I was mis-prescribed medication for anemia. Actually what I was prescribed caused me to overdose and I was ill for a week. I called and left 3 messages for the PA"s due to the illness brought on by the mis-prescription - never received a return call. Another Rx that showed in my file as prescribed was never called in to the pharmacy. There is no physical exams by either the Doctor(s) or PA (s). They read your lab work and tell you what it says with very little explanation. I gave them multiple chances over the past two years - even spoke to the office manager, Annie, about issues I had with the office staff on a previous occasion. Nothing changed - office staff is still inept. I feel they endangered my well-being - they do not understand that they are in the medical profession and people's health is at stake. This place is a total rip off. I called and was told that they offered rapid Covid test. When I showed up, and in the exam room, even their staff confirmed that they did rapid test and I would get results back later that same day. Later, a female tech came in and said that I could take the test but it would be seven days to get the return back. I cordially refused the test and went somewhere else to get the rapid test. I later learned that Genesis medical group still charged My credit card for an office visit and charged my insurance company for a urgent care visit with a doctor, Dr. M. Singh, Who I never saw. Their business practices, and ethics, are very questionable at best. Even after I brought it to their attention, they still are claiming that I had a medical visit with a doctor and continued a claim to my insurance company. This has to be the most poorly run office I've ever encountered. They absolutely will not respond to calls. I have to drive over there every single time. Then they charge me an office visit, and the Dr or PA said they could have helped me per phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Does anyone relay messages to the doctors?? This time, my pharmacist could not get them to respond either, questioning an RX they sent over. The pharmacy contacted them everyday, for four days. What's wrong with you guys? First off this place was wonderful and I have been coming here for 7 yrs. It just changed hands to intermountain health care and in going to have to find a new doctors office. I arrived at 10.20 as a walk in and patiently waited for 4 hrs until I started getting frustrated. The office receptionist was rude when I asked how much longer because I had another appointment stating I know it would be a long wait. I was told 2-3hrs at this point I had been waiting 5!! Firstly, the staff there are very unprofessional, I've overheard them sharing patient info, laughing about it, between themselves but loud enough for the waiting room to hear. If I'm not mistaken that breaches all kinds of confidentiality not to mention HIPAA violations. Secondly the Dr.'s impose personal belief on you which can affect your health and well being just because they personally do not believe in it. If I could I'd give zero stars. Absolutely horrible staff and doctor. I have been there several times for a physical and yet to receive one. Dr. Khan walks into the room and needs to be out in 90 seconds to see other patients. They definitely double and triple book appointments and real health care isnt their priority , its all about seeing and billing the most patients they can daily. The service and care of this office is shameful to say the least. On my second visit when I had specifically gone in for a physical because they didn't do one on the first visit I specifically told the doctor that I was here for a physical, she looked at me as she was in the doorway walking out and said follow me to check out. When you call in to make an appointment you are put on hold 5 or 6 times in a row by the rude and nasty staff who have an attitude because evidently when you're on hold for so long it starts to ring back at them and they're annoyed at you that you're still on hold, go figure! Impossible to get through for scheduling when the DR is requesting I be seen for my results. They leave you on hold and forget about you in hopes you'll hang up. Sarah is throughout and usually always a pleasure, but the low budget staff and inconsideration for your time is up surd. Patient portal doesn't even work for simple scheduling so you're forced to deal with the incompetent staff or going in to personally have them schedule you. Went in to Dr for flu like symptoms. Care was below expectations. I seen Sarah for the very first time. I was given no diagnosis and felt like she didn't care what symptoms I was experiencing. She listened to my lungs and said they sounded good. She didn't do an exam or look in ears, nose, etc. just sat on her computer with her back to me. Prescribed antibiotics and said I can take if I want and prescribed a cough medicine equivalent to Robitussin. I had to ask her what this was and all she said common cold or virus. You missed the 72 hours for flu treatment. Here I am 3 days later, cough is so bad I am throwing up and taking breath away, antibiotics did not touch this. It's time to find a new doctor and one that cares. DO NOT, I repeat...DO NOT go here. This is the second time my family and I have gotten this kind of treatment and we have really good insurance. read more

Despite the bad reviews I saw, my old doctor's office was no longer taking my insurance. So someone recommended this office. I was happy that they could get me in fairly quickly. It was with a PA, which I was fine with as I just needed to request labs and be sent to a specialist. The PA was great and I was sent for lab work and a referral was given to the specialist. I had my labs done asap, as I'm worried and want to know what's going on. The specialist's earliest appointment was on the same day I was supposed to come back to this office for my lab results. I called this office to reschedule and was sent to voicemail. (Which also happened when I scheduled my first appointment). Later I got a call back, which I thought was someone calling, per my request to reschedule. No. Instead it was someone from the office to let me know that they have my labs. Great, but I've left a voicemail to reschedule, since my specialist appointment is on the same time on the same day. They transferred me to scheduling which went straight to voicemail again. I left another message. The next day, frustrated, I drove to the office to speak to someone in person. I tend to be an understanding person, so I figured maybe they were just short staffed or extremely busy. I explained that I'm now seeing the specialist on that day and need to move my appointment. They rescheduled me to a week later. I then requested that my labs be sent to the specialist to review, which the front office said they'd do. Two days later, I anxiously arrived at my specialist, thinking I would get my lab results and talk about a course of action from there. I arrived at the specialist to find out that they do NOT take my insurance and this would be an out of network visit (roughly $3,000 out of my pocket). Oh and Genesis NEVER sent over my lab results to the specialist anyway. So I canceled the appointment and drove AGAIN to this office to ask why would they refer me to a specialist that doesn't accept my insurance! I arrived at this office to explain that I canceled my lab results appointment at THIS office, so I could see the specialist, review results there (which weren't sent over). I then spoke to a the referral person who this time gave me a referral to an office that accepts my insurance! I'm now an emotional wreck, have to wait now to go BACK AGAIN TO THIS P.O.S. OFFICE, JUST TO FIND OUT MY LAB RESULTS! So now I have to wait another week to get my labs and I just called the NEW specialist that I was referred to, but they don't have my referrals yet, so I have to wait till they receive it before I can schedule to see them for who know when!? Meanwhile, whatever is going on in my body is just getting worse and I have to WAIT even more time now to figure out what it is and what to do! I understand now why ER's are so over run! I'm trying to follow protocol and go see my doctor's in their offices, instead of taking up space in the ER or time away from someone who's having a true medical emergency! Meanwhile, my issue just may turn into an ER visit all because these offices can't get their $h^! together! read more

Dr Singh and Dr Khan are my favorite doctors they treat us well and they know what they are talking about. I'm giving this a two star because of one of the staff. First they don't answer their phones so I had to physically drive to the office to get answers. The main receptionist a Polynesian lady was who I talked with. They had called us to schedule an urgent appointment after blood work (which they never do) we already had an appointment booked. My fiancé was out of town so I had to go in for him. We were very worried it was something serious and needed to know if he has to book a flight home. So this receptionist was the first person I talked to. She talked to me like I was a child and was super rude. I was not hysterical or screaming at her I just calmly explained why I was there and what I was there for and the unique situation. I understand you are busy but you still need to treat your clients with respect and compassion. You are in the health industry to help, if you can't handle it you shouldn't be there. She didn't explain to me what procedure I had to do to get answers so I was asking a lot of questions and she was getting annoyed I could tell. She could have just said, let me talk to the doctor and I will give you an answer soon, but instead she said take a seat and wait every time I asked her something. The second younger girl who I spoke with was very polite and professional. She answered all my questions and let me know what's going on. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The have no clue where prescriptions have been sent, they guess and send you on your way. Only to find out the doctor hasn't even called in the medicine and is out for the next few days. Now someone with a traumatic brain injury has NO medicine to take due to their lack of professionalism. They claim to have no supervisor/manager for me to speak to as well. They also don't pick up the phone. After calling over 12 times in two days and showing up THREE times in two days to figure stuff out they only answered the phone twice while I was there.
