Arrived at 7:30 pm on a Friday night with no one ahead of me in line made it go quickly. All staff were friendly and caring.

Was having some leg pain and nothing seemed to help so decided to go to an urgent care. I first went to Dignity but they closed their urgent care permanently so UMC was just down the street. When we arrived we were greeted right away and checked in on a computer, once that was done it took about 25 mins to get back to the desk and finish checking in with an agent. Once all the checking in was done we got to the back pretty quick. The nurse was nice and the doctor saw us pretty quick once she left . The doctor was spot on in his assessment but unfortunately they can't do ultrasounds so we had to go to Dignity on St Rose for more care. The doctor made sure they knew we were coming and he was really nice. Again he was spot on and we're thankful for his knowledge. If you need anything more than really cold medicine and something simple just go to an ER because they can't do much else. read more

I went to UMC Quick Care with stomach pains; my teen daughter came with me. The front desk person was very kind and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals was also very kind. I was able to see Dr. Tran; she has a wonderful healing personality. She was able to tell what was wrong immediately after my x-rays and told me exactly what I needed to do to feel better. Not only that, she took the time out of her day to talk to my daughter (an aspiring doctor) about her anxieties. She told my daughter about her love of caring for others, and ensured that if my daughter was going into medicine with a good helping heart she would have no problem succeeding. Dr. Tran is truly a wonderful doctor and a wonderful woman. I highly recommend seeing her for any concerns you may have. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews. My first time here and it was flawless from top of bottom. I checked in on a computer, Saturday at 8:30am. They called my name immediately and I sat down with Corrine. She was so kind to explain all of my insurance stuff. That took a total of 15 minutes. I sat in the waiting room and was called to the exam room 5 minutes after. Saw a nurse and was immediately brought to my doctor's room. I waited another 10 minutes and the doctor came in, listened to what I said, wrote my prescription and I was outta there in an hour flat. Everyone was so nice and attentive. During my appointment, I was seen by the specialized nurse Marie Carol Reyes. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. While seeking medical attention because I wasn't feeling well, I felt I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. At one point, she raised her voice at me and spoke to me in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a patient, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism, especially when they are already feeling unwell. The interaction left me feeling humiliated and discouraged. I hope this matter will be reviewed so that future patients receive the respect and compassion they deserve. I would appreciate it if this concern were addressed appropriately. read more

I'm new to the Las Vegas area and found this clinic through a quick online search. It came up as one of the few locations accepting new patients and honoring my employer-provided insurance for primary care, so I decided to give it a try. The facility itself is small, but at least it was clean. Check-in is done through a self-service kiosk, which worked fine for me, but I noticed several older patients struggling with it. If you don't complete the pre-visit paperwork at home, be prepared to answer personal health questions out loud at the front desk--there's very little privacy, and no paper forms were offered as an alternative. My first visit was with Tonel Jefferson, a registered nurse, and it was a positive experience overall. He took the time to understand my health background, ordered some lab work, and outlined a wellness plan. He genuinely seemed to care and offered thoughtful, practical health suggestions. I left feeling optimistic. Unfortunately, the follow-up process was a completely different story. The earliest available appointment was nearly two months out, and this time it was with Dr. Eileen Cordero-Mauban via telehealth video. I completed the pre-visit paperwork again (not sure why it wasn't saved from the first time), and I logged into the video visit more than five minutes early. She never showed up. I waited 34 minutes, then emailed the office--no response. I called the main number, which appears to be a centralized system, and the person who answered said she would follow up with the clinic. I waited on hold for another 30 minutes, but no one returned to the call. Later, I received a message through the patient portal stating that I had missed the appointment, and that the clinic had tried to contact me--neither of which was true. The message also said I would need to reschedule. To add insult to injury, I was still charged a $30 co-pay for the missed appointment, which I absolutely plan to dispute. At this point, I've decided not to return. If I can't rely on a provider to be honest about something as simple as a no-show claim, how can I trust them to manage my health responsibly? My advice: if you're searching for a reliable and professional primary care provider, keep looking. This clinic may seem convenient on paper, but the lack of organization, poor communication, and dishonesty are serious red flags. read more

I don't think enough people leave good or even decent reviews esp for our medical care here. Soooo here we go! We came in today, Monday morning, for myself to be seen and my 3 year old. There were 2 people ahead of us. The front desk woman was super nice and quick. Those people got in right away, and we sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. Intake was good, the usual. We were put in a room to wait. I didn't keep a close eye on the time but I'd say less than 30 minutes to see someone. She came in, checked us both out, shared info, immediately swabbed for strep, and was off to get results. She came in offering to connect with me an ENT regarding my tonsils if I wanted knowing they give me issues. Our prescriptions were sent in and received by the pharmacy before we even left. The worst urgent care in Las Vegas. It literally took longer for my vitals than for that short Dr Tran to come in. She just touched my stomach and then turned of the light to my room and left. I was still in the room. And what does my stomach have to do with my chest pain cough and everything else going on. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else. read more

This our family go to quick care. I haven't been to so many other quick cares, but this one is very convenient. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. Front desk ladies are quick and to the point. Nurses are very nice and doctors are very helpful. I want to highlight Dr Hohl. And specially Dr Elena Zalan. When my mom had numerous high blood pressure episodes (life threatening)- she was so knowledgeable and caring. Her bedside manners are so comforting. I don't have enough words of gratitude! Don't expect they will be running around you on tip toes and get your every wish. They are exactly what they should be- Quick Care! read more

We might've just met the coolest doctor ever--Dr. Badi Eghterafi at UMC Sunset urgent care! He walked in, said he was going to check my daughter's heart, and then casually put his stethoscope on her knee and head. Instant giggles. He totally nailed the "kid whisperer" vibe. He also noticed she was deep into a cooking game on her iPad and said he was expecting a gourmet meal--no pressure, chef! It's not often a doctor makes your kid laugh and feel at ease minutes upon entering the room. 10/10 would fake an illness just to hang with him again. The x ray tech was also awesome and we got a cute bear after we finished! The entire staff was incredible! Highly recommended them! read more

Lo and behold they did not work and I'm back in the urgent care five days later. I go back and the doctor was staring at my legs and chest the whole time. So unprofessional. And he gave me way less steroids than I need. So now I'm trying to call them and no phone number will connect me. So I guess I have to drive down there for the THIRD TIME IN THE LAST FIVE DAYS. If I could put zero stars, I would. This was the WORST care I have ever received from any doctor's office, quick care, ER, hospital, anything. I was consistently dismissed, ignored, and told the wrong information. They added medications I had never even heard of/taken to my allergen list without consulting me. They lost my test tubes and have sent me through two straight weeks of fighting to find out my diagnosis, just to get prescribed medications that my pharmacy needed clarification on because their instruction was, once again, wrong and confusing. I would only recommend this place to my literal worst enemy if I hated them that bad. Front desk was great and cooperative and understanding, and every single interaction following the waiting room was a nightmare. Maybe you could improve the check in system.. my son and I waited more than an hour with him having a 104 temp before even being checked in when a man walked in and complained about waiting 30 min and they checked him in immediately and he was called back to see a dr immediately. I'm not sure why TINA at the front desk thought that patient deserved better and quicker care then my 12 year old son who could barely breath or move. While the front desk staff were welcoming and professional, my interactions with the medical team left much to be desired. I couldn't shake the feeling of being judged perhaps due to my younger age as sensitive topics were met with inappropriate comments and a lack of empathy. The initial consultation resulted in a misdiagnosis, leading me to the emergency room just days later. Seeking a follow-up and a work note, I returned, only to be seen by a different doctor who spent a mere two minutes with me. She failed to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy and failed to write the correct one for my condition, causing further delays in my treatment. The overall atmosphere felt rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional. It seemed as though the staff were more focused on moving patients through quickly than providing quality care. The lack of thoroughness and communication was alarming, I had multiple things to discuss and not once was taken seriously and she even tried to say my pain wasn't severe enough I won't be returning. I'd rather endure a longer wait at a hospital where I can trust that my health concerns will be taken seriously and handled with the care they deserve. $250 for no insurance visits by the way read more

I was there on Tuesday, November 25. Everyone from the front desk to the lady that did my chest x-ray and the doctor was professional and courteous. they treated me like I mattered. That is something I don't often get in a doctors office. I appreciate it very much. I was feeling very poorly, but I left feeling better just from how kind everyone was. She just naturally gives off a very professional and genuine personality and explained everything without me even really asking, which I appreciated sooo much because I feel like a lot of people that work in healthcare don't care about their patients or people. She naturally was very caring and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what she was doing to help me. The nurse as well who took my vitals was sweet too! The staff was quick and knowledgeable; they explained all procedures and care. I was also given an after visit summary packet that showed me what I had done along with my vitals and patient education. I was seen by Dr. Tran, and I'm so glad that she gave me the option to be swabbed for strep, and that it was completely up to me. I'm glad she asked because I did end up testing positive and I never would have known. My nurse also went out of her way to further educate me on the meds they prescribed to me because it would've interfered with my other existing prescriptions. Staff was lovely overall. read more

On December 29, 2024, I went to UMC Quick Care on Sunset and Marks because of a UTI. I checked in at 10:55am, and by 12:15 I had been checked in, vitals checked, urine sample taken, and just waited for the doctor to review my sample results. The check in ladies were very sweet, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The nurse who called me to the exam room and took my vitals was friendly and thorough. The Doctor who reviewed my results was nice, and explained everything to my satisfaction, quickly routing a prescription to my pharmacy. read more

Called back shortly after by a friendly and caring nurse and she made my daughter comfortable. The NP that came in was also very pleasant and personable.
