She calls me for blood work results and responds quickly within the patient portal. She listens and seems to value the patient preferences. The patient portal is very user-friendly and intuitive. There are clear directions in the office and people are friendly if you get lost. The lab itself is also walk in after you get the doctors order. Quick and efficient. The facility is sort of bare bones, but the mammogram is digital so the tech can tell immediately of they had the imaging needed.
