No common decency found in any of their employees! This…read moreisn't just about the pharmacy but I'm also talking about the photo services. Recently i placed on online order for some prints that totaled $100. CVS SAYS its same day pick up, but I ordered it at night so I had no expectations of picking it that day. I did expect to pick it up or for it to at least be ready by the next day. I heard nothing. I went in the next day just to see how it was going for 60 prints, not a large order but not a small one. They tried to say my order was at the wrong location. Then I pull up the confirmation number and conviently it's there but they haven't completed it yet. And i said that's fine, but is there a way to get it started. Then they call a manager up to tell me the machine has been broken so they wouldn't have been able to fill the order anyway. LIKE WHAT? CVS GLADLY took my $100 for my order. The employees and management saw my order and didn't do anything to tell what was wrong with this order, oh and that it was never going to get completed?? Shitty ass people. They should just shut this CVS down, because clearly management doesn't care about the people that CVS serves, CVS has no morals or customer satistifaction in place to avoid the frustration of having to call and bounce around and be placed on hold to get a refund. Literally go anywhere else. FORTANTELY STAPLES was able to do my order at HALF what CVS charged so fuck this store.

CVS, and especially this store is absolutely the worst pharmacy. They are so bad that they have to…read morehang a sign on their window asking their customers to be nice to them, respect them, and not get mad at them. How about you fill prescriptions correct the first time and respect your customers time. How about when you make a mistake you apologize for it. They want respect and courtesy yet they don't give it to their customers. This CVS sucks!

My husband and I came in for a scheduled appointment with his primary care provider following a…read morerecent accident. He had already been treated in the hospital and was specifically instructed to follow up with his PCP, and he was also due for his annual visit. Unfortunately, we were met with extremely poor customer service at the front desk. The receptionist repeatedly stated that the clinic 'doesn't treat accidents,' despite us clearly explaining multiple times that he was not seeking accident treatment, but rather a hospital discharge follow-up and routine care. We even provided hospital documentation showing he had already been treated, yet there was little effort or willingness to review or upload the paperwork into his chart. The lack of listening, understanding, and basic professionalism was very concerning. As a nurse, I found this experience especially frustrating and disappointing. Access to primary care--especially for appropriate follow-up--should not be this difficult. After reading similar experiences from other patients, I feel confident that changing providers is the safest and most appropriate decision for us. Due to the nature of this encounter, I also intend to report this experience and provide appropriate documentation to outside agencies to ensure this issue is addressed and does not continue to affect other patients. You never know the circumstances or backgrounds of the patients and families you are interacting with--compassion, professionalism, and proper communication are essential in healthcare.

He would ask questions such as do you get sick a lot. Do you have allergies things that I felt like he should already have known if he had looked at my chart. I think he just is in it for the money, he does not seem to actually care, especially when you call to see if your health insurance is covered because you have to get new insurance then to be told the only way they will allow you to know is if you make an appointment first and pay upfront. Stay away. there are better doctors and staff at other offices in the city that actually care.
