Would give 0 stars if I could. The site says $.80 per 2 inch letter. I asked for 20 of 7 letters. I did the math it was $112. When I got an email from them they said "We are sorry, we can't help you out with this project". So I asked why. And they replied and I quote "No, not interested. Your would be looking at over $200.00." Like who the heck is not interested in doing business?!? And who are they to tell me how much I want to spend on what I want? Also it should be 112 for the product what is the other $88 for? Shipping something that's less than a pound?!?! Worst costumer experience ever!! Also I'm sure their only 5 star is part of the staff if not the owner, because they contradict what their 1 star says. And it's right after her review. What a great company, customer service, and great product. I used their premium vinyl stripes on my boat and it was the biggest improvement I have made. Made the boat look new again. I would give this zero stars if I could. Here's my experience with this company: a) I got an original quote for approx $70 (for 6 lines of outdoor vinyl lettering). I then asked if I could get installation, or if I can do it myself.... b) was told that Steve would need to get a quote for installing, because he's not sure if I'm close enough to do that. He later came back with a separate install quote (approx $230 for 1-2 hours of work). c) When Steve returned a phone call to my office, my receptionist answered the phone. Steve didn't realize she'd picked up the phone yet, and my receptionist was treated to him verbally berating and screaming at his employees. Very class-less. Remember that saying about how you treat others when no one's watching? d) In a later email to Steve, I did request the install after finalizing a proof. He came over, and completed it in less than 30 mins (I asked my receptionist to time him). I later received a $300 bill. Upon my questioning his full 2 hour install that he billed me, he tried to change what he told me earlier (in writing) and said that the install cost is required and it also includes the proofs, and the time he spent to print up my lettering. I am not upset about the price at all (its reasonable) but I don't do business with people like this. read more

I'd def suggest this place to anyone needing any sort of signs, banners and whatnot. The company I work for was in a jam after all our promotional items were lost by the actual event promoters. Our season of festivals hadn't ended but we had no signs or banners! I was given the task of finding the cheapest place poss. I was on a tiny budget. I was told who cares the quality we just need something to get us through. I ran across this place. Not only was it the cheapest $60 for a 8ft vinyl banner already with grommets but it was perfect! The guy there was so nice! I would've gave them 5 stars but they're a little out of the way and I was never told that they'd deliver. After searching the internet, hunting through all of those other fancy web-sites, looking for a phone number that actually had a person that I could talk to, I came to came across www. mrletter.com and called on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to speak to the owner of the business (who answered the phone). Not knowing exactly what I wanted or how to go about designing the letters for my husband's boat he was nothing less then incredible! Especially amazing was that my order was of minimal order limit, yet they quickly filled the order and sent it priority mail to reach me before my husband's birthday (which is Christmas Eve!) The owner came in on a Sunday to design my lettering, emailed me with a proof and shipped that following day. My husband loved the lettering for his boat!
