Lots of times the employees of printers are clueless and are not perfectionists, as printers should be. I always had to go over everything with a hawk's eye to make sure the job was done correctly. It was very frustrating, to say the least. You have NONE of those problems with Belmonte. The customer service is the best I have seen. All of our printed materials were outstanding.
