Jose was busy taping up boxes of shipments, but when he saw me come in, I got that old-fashioned, small town greeting you seldom find at a US post office! He ran the prices for me on all the different carriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL) and ultimately advised to go with DHL since it was the cheapest. I then gave him a bigger package to get to London and he insisted I contact FedEx directly and try to ship it back as a "rejected package," otherwise, he noted, "it'll cost $160 to ship regularly from here." I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn't trying to up-sell me. Next time I'm looking to ship, Postal Plus will be my go to stop. They also offer PO Boxes, faxing, and boxes (for moving!).

So we have been bringing our trucks with reefer units here for a while. They are better then others. Example: We have a leased truck from RYDER that just had a reefer problem that they couldn't fix or couldn't fix in the time window we needed. RYDER sent it to Thermo King to get it fixed right and on time. Even other professional trucking places, with their own mechanics, send the real problems here.
