I was so happy to see they have a computer that allowed me to do so. I typically go to ups to do these sorts of things so it's nice to also have this location inside Walmart as an option. After I printed out my forms, I was able to grab a few items I needed for my taco night. I wanted to rate this a 5. I really did. But after repeated incidents of no communication and a…read morebotched order I have to give it a 1. When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.
