She was also very knowledge and pleasant in helping me figure out the delivery options (I'm ordering from California) for these flowers. She even had recommendations for other parts of the "gift" arrangement I was putting together since I'm not from there. I was also fortunate enough to get another delightful woman (whose name I didn't catch) when I called back to see if I could update my delivery day/time. This shop was absolutely magnificent and I will definitely be looking to them for future orders, even though I have never (and very well may never) physically stepped foot in the store.

I was informed that they use what they have on hand the day an order arrives. Never mind what flowers are supposed to be in the arrangement, and never mind what the customer paid for. Also to note is that they do not have baby's breath, Peruvian lilies, status, greenery or colored vases which are staples in any reputable florist. They also cut back drastically on the number of flowers in the arrangement. I would never recommend this florist. There are much better out there.
