They helped me with a custom designed tri-fold card recently which turned out beautifully and little did I know they were actually going to fold all the cards for me too! They contacted me before printing the cards to let me know that the logo was pixelated so I could fix the issue before the order was complete. The only thing that concerned me was when I asked about sustainable practices they seemed to be less informed than I would have liked. But all in all, I highly recommend supporting this community-minded business.

Witnessed a senior employee attempting to train an employee while we all waited. The manager should have expedited things and managed our expectations and wait better. The trainee, seeming pressured from the more senior employee, appeared to get emotional when they mis-stamped the person in front of me's docs. Witnessing this, I again, I should have left. Finally, after more than 45m, it was my turn. I was turned away as I was missing pages. I shared feedback with the manager that I did not appreciate being made to wait, only to be turned away. I came back an hour later with the missing pages, and the manager hid behind the counter and made another employee say that notary services were shut for the day. Terrible experience.
