I used to come to Nana, I probably stopped going about a year ago due to personal stuff preventing me from coming, and I really wanted to start getting my lashes done again and Nana used to do a really great job on my lashes. Upon going to the new location I wasn't aware there were other lash techs now, so I wasn't with Nana. Once my lashes were done they were nice, but they definitely weren't how Nana used to do my lashes, as I had requested before when making my appointment. By Sunday one eye already has 50% of lashes fallen off and my other has a good amount still on, feels a little embarrassing now and it hasn't been a full week now. Still debating on returning or not. If you do go, I would recommend going with Nana. Overall, they were friendly and had great customer service, I'm just shocked at how fast my lashes fell off, as in the past I would literally be able to do a refill on both eyes in 2-3 weeks with Nana. read more

I've been going to this place for a while now and I like it, but I'm worried because I noticed that they don't do much hand hygiene before touching your eyes. They touch phones and drop things on the floor, and I worry I will get an eye infection when they don't sanitize their hands first. No other issues except sometimes I feel like they talk about you and it's not a very relaxing experience for me especially when their prices are higher than most places and I just want to feel calm. I am 53 years old and didn't want caterpillars for lashes. This girl did such a great job making my lashes look so natural. She always confirms what I want before each setting. She asks if I have any concerns. She's very soft and meek. She does a great job and she's quick. My lashes stay better than ever before. Prior to the pandemic I went to another place and they no longer had availability for me in the time frame I needed for an event. This young lady does such a good job I'll never go back to that other place. The location is a little awkward as it up up stairs and inside with a tattoo shop. Nana at Mio Lash us the absolute BEST with her skill. She is precise and places in the individual eyelash, giving a natural or glamorous look depending on what you want, and her technique doesn't damage your natural lash.
