I made sure to request one extension to one natural lash. Just now, one fake eyelash fell off which was glued to 3 natural lashes. Also, I've had them on for less than one week and about 30% of the lashes have failed off. I made sure to buy the appropriate foam lash cleanser and have been gentle with them. read more

Whether it's oranges or apples, I know and I felt the bias reaction. You earn 5 stars for your expertise of putting the eyelashes but customer service and the way you treat the not so looking high class or the right color is another thing. But don't call me a liar because there's no need to lie. I've been going to Nana for a few months now. Cannot recommend her business enough! I used to wear extensions several years ago and struggled with the time commitment. Not anymore. Nana is quick, accommodating and I could not be happier with the lashes. She always works with me, clarifies how I want them done and I know would correct anything if I needed it...but I never have. Nana is very easy to communicate with and very sweet. I always drive from my apartment in Hollywood to get my lashes done by her.
