The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

They also have a wide variety of tshirts, hoodies and even sweatpants for you printing project needs. The staff are both friendly and helpful. They are also complying with social distancing regulations and limiting the store to 10 people inside at a time.

Ms Ma is very knowledgeable and has a broad collection to choose from (men, women, kids, different price ranges). She can also tailor any traditional and Western/modern clothes. She tends to over promise and not meet her deadlines. We were told 1 week turnaround for alternations for 2 pants, and it took 4 weeks. We also met some people at the shop with similar concerns. She's good at what she does, just note the timelines. Make sure you have plenty of time if you are thinking of buying a qipao for your wedding that need alterations or something similar. Note that she is planning to retire by 2026 and will close the shop.

I work as a Costumer in the Film & Television Industry, and years back, I used to assist a beloved Costume Designer on shopping trips to Plaza Fiesta. Since I had the day off, I decided to come in with my boyfriend. The shop is just as I remembered--filled with lots of great pieces. They have an assortment of price ranges, which is great, and everything is good to excellent quality! Jose, the lovely salesman who assisted us, was fantastic! He even measured my head so I would know what my size was (surprisingly, I had never done it myself), and used a hook to bring down the options I was looking at. Some I found to be a little out of my desired price range, so when I humbly informed him of this, he politely guided us over to other options that were more in my budget. I ended up leaving with the perfect first hat for me. Jose told me that if I come back with my receipt, on weekends, they have a man who comes in to shape the hats to your desired shape based on the chart provided, and do a cleaning too, complimentary for first(?) purchases. Any high end suit on par in quality to what they claim will be made of fine wool. They also have no refund policy, so if for any reason, you aren't happy, they won't take it back. I would recommend passing the 'good deal' over and buy a quality suit from a more reputable company.
