Credit Card and Identify thief seems to be everywhere.. To accuse someone without a proper investigation is slander. People need to chill! We've been using MIR Printing & Graphics services for 3 years. I've always used their high-end online ordering system and never been in their print shop before. It was a quite a cool and great experience. The owner was very nice person. Then we learned he's been vegan for more than 3 years. When we told him that we also offer a separate vegan menu in our restaurant he was so excited to try our food as well. So he decided to support our business in these hard times, when most of the businesses are closed temporarily because of corona virus, covid-19. In a few days he delivered our "open for takeout and delivery" banner along with 2 other banners. It was so fast and he did all the artworks for us. We highly recommend this place. The best and most affordable printshop in The Valley and Canoga Park.Specially because it is owned and operated by a vegan person. We support vegan businesses, and all other small businesses. But keep in your mind, ordering online is the best way. Practice social distancing and cover your face when you are in public. Wash your hands more frequently. Stay home if you feel sick. Stay Away. They did a small personal job. 3-7 days took 2 weeks and it all came out with a green tint. They said they can't control color. They did nothing to correct anything thing. The owner, Robert Mirzakhanian is an awful person who can careless about quality. He was very argumentative on the phone and tells me I know nothing about printing. Yeah, I'm a designer with over 25 years in the Hollywood biz doing pre-press. Time to find a new shop. Same for all my client referrals. You can't beat the price, and they seem pretty nice but... I have to say I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I'd rather pay a little more to have my cards exactly the way I want them, and not have to worry about fraudulent credit card charges days after my order has been competed. As for the quality of the business cards, maybe my design contributed to the issue, but it seems a bit sloppy for 500 of my cards to be visibly off center. I really wouldn't have even written a review, and given such a critical review if I didn't have problems with fraudulent charges. Yes, I said fraudulent charges! I suspected MIR was the culprit (or their security) when I ordered business cards the first time. But after a second order with a different card, and the same experience, I don't need any more proof. Luckily I was alerted by my credit card company each time (although I was on the lookout the second time around), and I was not held responsible for the bogus charges; however, it has been an inconvenience each time I have to deal with fraud and the credit card companies. I had the misfortune of placing a rush order through their website. First of all, uploading files to their site took over 30 minutes on my new laptop but let's overlook this. The website didn't catch that my file did not match the size postcard I wanted. So the next day I got notified about the issue via email and a voicemail. So I called their return number and dealt with Sevak. Sevak was wholly unprofessional. He was condescending and blamed me for not choosing the correct postcard size. I asked how we can fix the problem and he would not give a straight answer. I asked if my 5x7 can be used on 4x6 postcards. He said sure! So I proceeded to place this order. Then he said, "Okay, send me a 4x6 version of your file. " Clearly he did not understand that this is a rush order and I wouldn't have time to resize my file. So I asked to just use a 5x7 and I'll pay the difference. After we agreed on this, he said my order wouldn't start until the next day. Fine. So I asked when it would be ready. Again, he would not give me a straight answer. I pressed the issue and restated that this is a rush order so vague answers won't help me. He became very defensive and blamed me for the delay in the order. Again, I couldn't get a clear answer. He finally told me it'd be ready on Tuesday. So then I asked when it'd get shipped. He went into a condescending diatribe about how he isn't in charge of FedEx so he doesn't know when things would ship. I became very frustrated with how rude and uncaring Sevak was with me. So I asked him to cancel the order. He said, "Fine, that's your decision." He even laughed at me when I told him he was not being helpful. He even asked, "You are being sarcastic, right?" Then he mocked me and said, "If time is of the essence why do you keep repeating yourself?" Ummm, maybe because you don't answer simple questions so I rephrase them so maybe you understand what I am asking. Never have I been met with such hostility by someone that I am trying to give money to. I'm not sure if this is an isolated case, but from the other reviews I've read it seems to be the norm. I was treated like I'm an idiot--I have a doctorate in science---I know how to communicate. Stay away from Mir Print!! Go to Copy Mat in Hollywood. There they will treat you and your money like it's welcome. read more

Beware! They are thieves. I ordered from the twice yes twice and every time 2 days after my order, they went shopping with my credit card. Last time they got caught early, this time they spent about $2,000 on my CC. I have reported them to the police and the fraud department of Bank of America. They better believe I'm going after them. Personally I think these guys are awesome. I've used them on a few printing jobs and even when they printed more then I ordered they just told me to keep the extra copies. It's bit out of the way so I think they do most of their business online but if you are in LA you do have the option of picking up your order and saving on shipping! read more

We've been using MIR for a couple of years now and have never had a problem. The other reviews on here surprise me because I have never had difficulty navigating their website and my orders have always been completed on time, usually in less time than they initially quoted. I am not a trained graphic designer, but they are always patient with me and tell me exactly what I need to do to my files to get them compatible with their equipment. I prefer to pick up my orders rather than pay the shipping fees. Gina in the office is a sweetheart. I have recommended MIR to fellow business owners without hesitation. Wanted to give these guys a try after seeing a few of their reviews- come to realize, the 5 star reviews are all friends of the owners. Tried placing an order with them to get a rude phone call from the owner. A condescending tone, asking rhetorical questions regarding my order. Even after a week of corresponding and explaining what was expected, the order is still not placed, nothing is done and a rude phone call is placed. If you want terrible customer service, possibly a lost order and delayed work, then feel free to waste your time. Work came back mediocre. read more

Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Was trying to do a large business card buy for company and emailed them directly. They would not handle my buy over email or phone and made me go through the website to put in each order separately (not that big of a deal). The website is a disaster - not easy to navigate, will not upload images and shipping method is unclear. NOBODY wants to go to the store to pick up business cards - why is that even an option?!?! Every order should be a "shipping order" unless specified - not the other way around. When I received a confirmation email, I asked when it would be delivered and did not get a response. When I emailed again, they simply said, "you must pay for shipping, send payment/credit card information or pick up at store" 1) they did not tell me what the address or location of the store was 2) they did not tell me how much shipping would cost and 3) they did not tell me how long it would take to ship. I would never give out my credit card information over email, nor would I ever give out the information of my card without having the appropriate shipping time and cost. When I called to explain my trouble, the people there were extremely unhelpful and rude. I was planning on doing a large scale buy with my entire company but now I will never do business with them again. Bottom line - average quality, terrible customer service, confusing website, uninformative and unprofessional business practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME read more

I received their flyer advertising 1000 postcards for only $28.00. After driving a ways to get there, I met up with the owner/salesperson who you can clearly see had a chip on his shoulder. He possessed a demeaning attitude and just got a bad feel for him right off the bat. The $28.00 turned out to be $53.00 plus $95.00 if I wanted it done in 4 days plus tax. Total waste of time going there. If you are looking for any printing jobs, this is a place to definitely avoid. Horrible service, high prices and really hard to find this place. They need to replace this owner/salesperson with someone who has better people's skills and not deceive people with their false advertisements. Luckily, the printing place next door was open and though they were a bit higher in price but accommodated me and were super nice. All in all, I would avoid MIR Printing to the fullest and look for the hundreds of other printing places in the San Fernando Valley that possess better and straightforward attitudes. I have used MIR for business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards and folders and I've been consistently impressed by the quality of work I receive for the price that I pay! I live close enough to their facility so I'm fortunately able to pick up in store since their shipping rates are pretty high. I like the fact that they list their prices on their website (most other printers I looked at required me to call them for a quote and they ended up being higher) and uploading files to their site is quick and easy. Just a tip: if you are picking up your print orders from them, park in the back and use the back entrance. The first time I went to pick up my order I went to the front office and sat there for a while before I decided to go through the back and found an employee there. Also, some print orders may run the long end of a turn-around estimate so plan accordingly! read more
