I needed an assignment printed (a picture on glossy paper) out last minute and they saved me! I emailed them and it was ready when I got there. It looked perfect and a lot cheaper than Fedex! It was my first time to get my live scan done ( Jan 23) at first they seemed nice..3 weeks after I received an email (today) that my live scan was rejected because it was poor quality. I went back to their place and they told me they cannot process it because the system doesn't let them to do it. The guy told me to go back maybe 1-3 days after to process it again for the reason that the 'system' is not working..(plus) they also told me it was 'too early to do it'. Since I just received the email this morning. So I called California State Board of Pharmacy to ask and verify regarding this and they told me that they shouldn't have a problem doing it since it was rejected weeks ago (Jan 24). Basically I can process it anytime. I called Asap Copy & Print to let them know that it should be fine and we can do the scan but they told me they were 'too busy', and was dismissing me regarding the information that I gave them. Basically, they could have done it the first time I was there, they were just giving me an excuse to not do it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Go somewhere else to save time! Update: I went to UPS instead, I told them what happened. We finished my live scan the same day. No issues. They were confused as to why this shop couldn't do it. read more

First I had a good experience with this place till I dropped off a DHL Envelope with priority 2day shipping international. Wondering why my envelope has not been picked up...I called that place and stopped by as well. Was not taking care off, excuses from the owner Ali and offending me as a customer as well. Instead of my usual run to Staples I wanted to support a local copy & print place. I brought my own specialty paper and an image to print from my USB. It's pretty straightforward color copy. For 3 prints total (with my own paper) it was $6.84. Yes I'm paying for the convenience but damn....I guess I'll be going back to Staples. The Guy is very very nice. BUT BUT BUT I asked for some copies and they came stapled (Great!) ~ But, THEN, when I looked at my receipt, after I left, HE HAD CHARGED ME 15 cents each for each staple that his machine did!!! So I had to pay 15 cents for one staple when the stapler was right there in front of me to use myself! Everything is good about this place, he has been there a LONG Time, but the pennies make the dollars and to "secretly" charge like this is un-ethical. Just beware. I gave him a three star but I will change to a four star because he is very nice, but BEWARE of this secret shenanigan he has going on. Not Cool. And to "sneak" that charge in, Sheesh! read more

Hands up this is the best copy Company I have ever dealt with!!!! after I wasted my time driving around I found this place online and I called up before I drive all the way for nothing like I had with the other companies I spoke to the owner over the phone his name is Ali he is such a gentleman and very kind I explain my situation and I had a big job to do and he almost close but he told me I'm willing to wait for you even though he have an appointment to donate his blood at 7:15 and the shop close at 7 PM I arrived 6:42 PM what is my phone is dead out of charge he was kind enough to give me a charger and support me and try to come down then don't worry I will get it done for you such a sweet man . after all he got it done more than I expected the quality it's top notch i'm talking about magazine quality I am definitely will be a regular client . thanks again Ali for making it happening and keep up a Great job. I'm new to the area and needed booklets printed. I've been printing booklets for over 15 years at various printers. I needed TWO booklets printed. I had an example of what I needed and the digital doc. After nearly an hour of back and forth trying to get the gentleman to understand what I needed vs what he was printing as a proof, the pdf and printing specs worked and finally my booklets were done. I offered to pay for the usable proof copies he made because it's a pandemic, it's a small business. I know times are tough and think it's important to be mindful of the costs business owners often eat. The gentleman charged me $29 for 4 booklets in black and white with a card stock cover. Never have I ever been so disgustingly overcharged. The most I have ever been charged is $2.50 a booklet. When I got home I was packing them to send to my customer and realized they were stapled with pages upside down and backwards. I couldn't believe it. If you are going to charge a premium, at least do good work. The print quality is basic, the customer service was not impressive and the prices are arguably unethical. I will NEVER print with this company again and I urge you not to waste your hard earned money either. read more

I had a large print job that I needed for the next morning and the service was so much faster and more helpful than I expected. He attended to me and printed my poster within 10 minutes, and when the first copy came out less than perfect, he tossed it and reprinted it for me with no problem. There was another lady there who messed up her own copy and he let her fix it and did it over for her. It's great to still have Mom and pop shops with such great service. read more

Ali helped me work out the kind of paper that would be best for the project, sizing, and even found a way to scan some of the larger photographs that other places wouldn't take! Unless you like the feeling of being cheated don't go there. It was my first time ordering from them and spoke to the owner on the phone who seems very nice however his business practices I find unethical. I ordered 200 flyers of one design and 200 of another at .48 each which comes out to about 100 dollars per order. When I get there I see a BIG sign on the door saying .29 per copy with a minimum. That means I could have gotten double the amount for the same price. When I asked him why he did not mention it on the phone he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders. He saw me upset and I told him if I knew that I would have ordered more instead of saying I will print the rest for you he once again just shrugged his shoulders and said next time. In my opinion he is one big crook hiding behind a smile, be careful. read more

Yeah. They totally rip you off here. Went in quickly just to print my resume before my interview. One of the computers weren't working and the guy working said to send it to this specific printer. I had to send it 3 times for him to realize it was the computers problem and I spent 10 minutes there trying to print 2 pages. Eventually, he came over and just took the usb himself to print it and charged me 75 cents for 2 pages of black and white printing?? Rip off AND wasted my time before my interview.
